This brand new four bed room home features a modern floor plan and sits on a commanding spot overlooking the entire shoreline of Cape Cod. "Cliff Home" is located inside Ocean Air Estates directly on a cliff over looking the ocean. This private community has its own beach access where you can swim, search for shells and see ocean wild life. This beach is perfect for Kayaking and stand boarding .
Due to the popularity of our other vacation rental "Harbor House" in West Falmouth we designed and built Cliff House with rentals in mind. The house features a modern floor plan with high ceilings and privacy from every room. The house commands open ocean views of the entire shore line from Plymouth to Provincetown. The shipping lanes into the canal are right in front of the house. Every room has its own access to outside decks and patios. Relax on the brand new out door furniture while watching ships enter and exit the Cape Cod Canal. See whales, dolphins and seals play around the rocks right from your deck.Each en- suite bed room is beautifully decorated with all the features of a hotel. All bed rooms have decks and ocean views,room darkening shades and FIVE STAR quality mattresses and bedding . The home lacks nothing for personal comfort. The large luxury award wining kitchen has multiple sinks and ovens. A coffee bar and views as far as you can see. A gas fireplace is a secondary focal point to the panoramic views making an amazing finish to the Great room.
the homes location is perfect being a few miles from the best beaches and historic sites of the area. Plimouth Plantation,the May flower and the Sandwich glass museum and Heritage gardens. Working from the home is easy with desk and high speed wi fi .

What an amazingly, beautiful place! The view from all rooms was incredible and made for such a memorable trip. We also saw bunnies hopping around the yard in the evening hours. There’s nothing like watching the sunrise over the ocean from your bed. Absolutely gorgeous!

While still in high school, I designed and built my first vacation home on Cape Cod. Later in University, I studied architectural preservation, with an emphasis on Cape Cod's famous Shingle Style home. In the early 90's, I began designing and building some of Cape Cod's most iconic homes in this style. Since, my travels around the world have inspired me to fuse the traditional Cape Cod style with subtle international influences and inspirations. My design personality takes advantage of this global perspective to include the finest comforts from all corners of the world. It has become my passion to find clever ways to subtly incorporate these finer influences into the warm and cozy style original to the Cape. Having rented my homes since 1992, I take very seriously my guests' experience. For example,Harbor House in West Falmouth is one of Cape Cod's most popular rentals. I am so excited to now open Bay House, my newest home, for reservation. Don't wait, be one of the first to make your reservation and enjoy the art of living inside this wonderfully beautiful home.
