"Estrela de Sesimbra" is the Star of Sesimbra

Estrela de Sesimbra overlooks the Old Town square with a view of the sea which is only a minute away by foot. The duplex apartment was renovated in 2018, although it has kept it’s Portuguese charm. Fish restaurants and markets surround the duplex apartment. The 2nd floor apartment, accessible by stairs, is remarkably quiet given its enviable location. The balconies are southerly and westerly facing, affording you the best sunlight in Sesimbra and have a swing chair, an outdoor shower, a mini Ping-Pong table and a barbecue! The garage downstairs boasts a car lift and can accommodate two cars. Welcome home!

Tolle Terrasse, Standard der Wohnung könnte besser sein
Eine sehr schön und ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung. Die große Terrasse mit dem Grill ist das Highlight der Wohnung. Wir haben hier die meiste Zeit verbracht, man hat einen tollen Blick und viel Sonne. Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte etwas besser sein und auf der Terrasse gibt es kaum Möbel. Die Markisen auf die wir uns wegen unseres Babys verlassen hatten waren leider beide defekt. Für den sehr hohen Preis ist der Standard etwas niedrig. Trotzdem hat die Lage und die Terrasse uns so gut gefallen, dass wir wiederkommen würden.

Beautiful apartment in beautiful Sesimbra
We had a wonderful stay for 12 days in this apartment, we were very grateful to have found it. Firstly it has parking which is essential in Sesimbra, there is a shortage of parking there. Secondly the location is great, right in the middle of town overlooking the square. You can smell the restaurants down below cooking amazing Portuguese food, but being on the second floor it's really private. The apartment was super clean has everything you need. We felt really at home, and didn't want to leave! Highly recommend.

The apartment is in the Old Town square, overlooking the historic Town Hall and the sea.

For a central apartment it is remarkably quiet! You are 30 seconds from the beach, the market and the restaurants. Wow!

What makes this property unique

The garage: you can bring two cars, subject to height restrictions. The garage WIDTH is 2.15m. The garage LENGTH is 4.80metres. The 435-P Amgo/Peak car elevator can accommodate a car length of 4.40metres. If the car elevator is being used then the maximum car HEIGHT on the elevator is 1.55metres while the maximum height of the car on the ground beneath is 1.70metres. If only one car is being used, the ramp can be kept on the ground and a SUV of any height can park on it.
