Condo is less than a 5 minute walk to the famous Cocoa Beach Pier. Shop near by at Ron Jons, Publix, Dunkin Donuts, Waffle House and much more. Property is private including locked gate to beach. Beach towels and sand toys are provided to start enjoying upon arrival.
