The Name of this relaxing property says it all! "Time Out" is a recently renovated, freshly refurbished 3 bedroom house perfectly positioned for you to enjoy everything South West Rocks has to offer. Nestled in a quiet street it is a metre 700 meter walk to the endless sandy beaches and humming town centre.

Perfect areas to relax are found everywhere! An enormous front deck with its many comfortable chairs invites you to soak up the morning sun whilst enjoying the peaceful ambience, a leisurely breakfast, a hot coffee or an intriguing novel. The back porch merges with a spacious grassed yard, shaded by trees creating that splendid feeling of freedom and privacy. After a glorious day at any of the pristine beaches South West Rocks has on offer, you will look forward to unwinding with a cool drink in hand, basking in the early evening light.

Ample natural lighting provided by the northern sun fills an open plan living area and fully equipped kitchen. Soft recliner lounges allow you to enjoy TV and a selection of movies, whilst the spacious 6 seater dining table (combined with the liberal amount of free time you've allowed yourself by taking time out at "Time Out"! enables you to unhurriedly savour your food and each other's company.

"Time Out" comfortably sleeps 6 people. The "Zen" bedroom's inviting queen bed allows you to unwind whilst the sound of distant waves lull you into an untroubled sleep. The "Enlighten" bedroom contains 1 single bed and 1 double bed overlooking a tropical garden and the "Friends of Daisy" room has a single bed. A lavender toned kennel awaits the company of your family dog in the lush green backyard. Pet friendly for 1 small outside dog only.

The modern bathroom has a shower recess, with a separate indoor toilet. Own laundry with a washing machine & another toilet. You'll find an interesting selection of books, games and even an organ (to keep the kids occupied) in the Games Cupboard.

Please Note: 'Tmeout' requires payment of a $100 refundable security deposit. A post departure inspection is required before funds are released.

Linen is not supplied in this holiday letting so you will need to bring your own-sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels & tablecloths. You will also need to provide your own toilet paper, soap & dish washing liquid etc. If you do not wish to bring linen, you will receive the contact details for the linen hire firms in your confirmation email.
