The laundry is located in the cupboard of the main bathroom, with a top load washing machine and a dryer. The clothes line is located just out the back door, in the private courtyard.

Living Area: A large open plan living area is at the front of the unit. A reverse cycle air conditioner for your use. There are sliding doors that open out to the private deck area, where the outdoor table and BBQ are ready to be fired up for the afternoon.
