'Sandy Bottom' is a self-contained unit occupying the bottom level. This recently renovated unit has 3 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, a large front verandah, a private back patio, a bath and a child-friendly fenced yard. The unit has good internet access and is air-conditioned, with all the comforts of home.
The property is fenced with off-street parking for one car at the front of the house. There is room for a boat or trailer on the right-hand side of the house. Free street parking is also available for additional vehicles. Close to many other lovely beaches, bays, National Parks, Mogo Zoo, Botanic Garden, surf school, canoeing tours, snorkelling, fishing, and some great cafes and restaurants..
It is one house from the beach and a one-minute stroll along a bush track to South Broulee beach (no roads to cross). It is a popular fishing and surfing beach and is patrolled on weekends during summer. Around the headland lies a tranquil protected bay, perfect for children, snorkelling and swimming laps. Broulee island is a National Park which has lovely rock pools and plenty of birdlife.
Five minutes to IGA, cafes, Sports club, and golf course. Ten minutes to Mogo Zoo, Mogo shops, ten minutes to Woolies, and a variety of shops, restaurants, and galleries.
Check out the top unit 'Surf's Up' if you want to book the whole place. It is perfect for reunions or family gatherings (both units sleep 12).
Ideal for any club such as a book club, family gatherings and reunions.

Home away from home

The house is located at a quiet neighbourhood . It was nice and clean. Local shops and restaurants just minutes drive away. Fantastic stay with great location just a short walk from the beach. Will stay again when visiting the coast

Amazing Beach House

Wonderful location and quiet beach house. Manager was very quick to respond and very flexible. We needed a get away to the beach and this was perfect for our family.

Fantastic place!

We loved staying here. It is a fantastic place located a stone's throw from beautiful south Broulee beach. The owner is very responsive and great to deal with. It was very clean and was perfect for our young family. We took the kids to the beach twice a day and they loved it. We plan to return! Thank you Ian.

Close to nature

Comfortable with large deck to relax outside. Wonderful seeing the Yellow-tailed black cockatoos in the nearby trees. South Broulee beach is safe with good surf and the short walk through the banksia dune to the beach begins a few steps from the house.
