Stunning Pet Friendly 3-bedroom 2-bath home. Located just minutes from St. George, Utah. Zion's Point offers a year-round outdoor community pool, barbecue and outdoor seating. The accommodation is air conditioned and is fully stocked with the comforts of home. Zion National Park is 32 miles away.

This beautiful St. George Vacation Rental Home offers all the conveniences of a luxury resort with total privacy including a split bedroom floor plan, large gourmet kitchen, large family room and two car garage. There are 2 BATHROOMS and 3 BEDROOMS with flat screens tv's in every bedroom. Beautiful heated year-round community pool, gas grill & outdoor seating to set the mood for a relaxing vacation.

Bedroom configurations are two kings and two twins. We provide all linens, towels, wifi, cable, and starter supply of bath products.
A range of activities is offered in the area, such as golfing, hiking, mountain biking, cycling, boating, paddle boarding and fishing.

ALSO NEAR THE WASHINGTON COMMUNITY CENTER! With the largest indoor aquatic center in Southern Utah, the Washington City Community Center is set to make a splash! An 8-lane 25-yard competition pool is complemented by a 10,174 square foot beach entry leisure pool with a lazy river, 3 story hydro tube slide, play sets for all ages, splash pad, and an enormous 317 gallon dump bucket designed to keep you cool!

The property we stayed at was clean, organized, easy to navigate, and was in a great location.The booking process was simple, and the host demonstrated excellent follow-through. The only recommendation I have is to install a soft-water system in the condo/unit. Especially for us individuals with sensitive skin! :o)Even with the recommendation referenced above, I would stay at this unit again for a short-term stay.

Really enjoyed my stay! Easy check-in. House was very clean and well furnished. Appreciated the Aveda products. Nice to have a washer and dryer. Very quiet. Nice outdoor space. Access to the pool. Great location- not far from St George and easy to get to the national parks. Grocery stores and restaurants not too far away in Hurricane. Thanks so much!

Very nice house!!

The house itself was very nice, plenty of room for 8 people. Queen beds in 2 of the bedrooms and then 2 double beds in the third bedroom. Two of our kids slept on the couch or they had a futon mattress that they laid on the living room floor. They had extra pillows and blankets for the couch / mattress. The house was 45 minutes away from Zion. Large shopping area was 5-10 minutes away. Pool area was great, 2 large pools and 2 large hot tubs. Only complaint we had was the squeaky doors (they need to oil the hinges) and there was only 1 spatula in the kitchen. We had everything else we could want. We would stay again if in the area.

We enjoyed our stay...

The home was very nice, however the patio blinds were broken so we couldn’t use the patio. The ice maker in the refrigerator was terrible, kept running out of ice. And the replace filter light was on, so that needed to be done. The pans for cooking were a little scary. There were no hangers in the second bedroom and it is much smaller than the picture leads you to believe. Maybe these things are not important but when you pay a good amount of money to stay you hope even the little things get the attention they deserve.

Presidents’ Day weekend

Love the location of this property it was a very busy weekend. Nice that it’s out a little ways from the business but easy to get into St. George from here.

Had all the basics

We enjoyed two nights in this great condo! It had all the basics required for a great stay. The grill was out of propane, but we called and had it refilled quickly. There were 8 of us in the condo (4 adults/4 kids) and we found a sleeping pad that was great for the kids! The pool was excellent for the kids, but quite busy. Best to go early in the morning to avoid the crowds.
