Overall the unit was extremely clean and communication was excellent. We arrived earlier than expected and were able and o check in early which was great. The couches were new and not the ones pictured and they were an excellent surprise. The pool is a little far from the unit and the hot tub was under maintenance. From the pictures we expected there would be some laundry detergent and coffee but this was not the case. Also no cute towel animals but that’s ok. Overall would definitely recommend!

Place is convenient for 2 to 4 guest. Host has everything you need from Coffee maker, to Laundry machines, Towels or even Pool passes. Place is clean and well maintained , this was our 3rd time renting this exact Condo.

The home was very clean and the area was well kept and quiet . The home met our needs for a nice holiday weekend visiting our kids at CCU. The hot tub was not in working order which was disappointing, but the pool was more than adequate. It’s not heated which the listing stated, however with the warm weather was not an issue. The microwave door handle was glued on and fell off immediately so using the microwave was a challenge, but the other appliances were very nice. The upstairs tenants did wake us up a few times, but because we are light sleepers. Overall it was one of the cleanest properties we have stayed at and a great location if visiting CCU.

Great Location

I'm not a big fan of the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach but I like to be nearby. This location is secluded and quiet yet within minutes of restaurants and attractions. The unit had everything we needed, and I got quick responses to my questions from the host. It was quiet and comfortable and a great place for my family.

Condo at Legends Golf Resort

The propery was great and we really enjoyed our stay at the condo at Legends Golf Resort. Surroundings were quiet and clean with beautiful sunsets over the golf course. As a gated community we felt safe staying there. The hosts Kevin and Liz were prompt responding to questions and were very helpful. We enjoyed being close to the pub for great food and drinks. We also appreciated the close proximity to grocery stores and restaurants.

Condo was spacious! Inside was clean and everything was provided. The location was great and view of golf course was incredible. Didn't care for the cigarette butts left all over the place outside the condo both in outdoor space and sidewalks.

Great place for a golf trip

Showers need some cleaning and there is a sliding door that needs to be fixed. Property is great other than that. Appliances are clean and well taken care of. Location is very convenient and the owner was very responsive.
