Lemon Squeezy home that’s because we have a beautiful 100 years old lemon tree in our front yard that gives us beautiful lemons all year round. Don’t forget to make homemade lemonade and ice lemon tea when you’re staying here! Great for large group.

Before booking please understand that this property in in a quiet residential zoning.
- No parties allowed
- Quite hours after 9pm
- If neighbours complained and local council gets involved a $600 penalty applied.
-We are strict in number of guest checking in to be matches number of guest booked. At any one point of time unless approved by host. Therefore, please confirm prior/time of booking. And only use the number of beds associated to the number of people on the booking. Additional cleaning apply if use extra beds.
-The person must respect read house manual before contacting hosts.
-$200/day penalty for smoking inside the house.
-$50/30mins for late checkout and will be liable to pay the next guest’s booking cancellation.
-$50 per key replacement
Breaking any of the above rules will result in your booking to be cancelled instantly. And any further fees including court cases will be at your own cost.

Close to public transport, good for large family

This was a handy location near family and not too far from the city. Bus stop only 1 min away and train station only 10 mins walk. Though it's a bit run down on the outside, the inside has been renovated. It worked well for the 7 of us, but it wouldn't fit 12 comfortably as described in the ad. 12 wouldn't fit around the table or in the lounge. Kitchen is also quite small and doesn't have some equipment like a decent frypan. Unfortunately the house is next to a busy intersection and the beeps from the pedestrian crossing are constant. A clothes line or clothes horse would have been helpful to dry clothes, as well as a mirror in the bathroom. The owner was very easy to deal with, and when we mentioned that a door was missing off one of the bedrooms, they sent someone around straight away to replace it. She also kindly let us have a late check out.
