This apartment has a great view direct to the ocean from your balcony.
This is a 2 bedroom and 2 complete bathrooms, one with the bathtub and the other one has a shower. The apartment with porcelain floors, top of the line kitchen appliances, 3 flat screen TV .
In each room there are 2 queen beds and 1 pull out sofa in the living room.
Here you will enjoy the exclusive game room with pool table.
The gym is equipped with all the modern machines to do exercises.
On the lobby you will find a machine to charge the laundry card, minimum of $ 5.00.
Stroll the beach, and then swim laps in the secluded heated pool, taking in the exotic landscaping and spectacular views of the ocean.
Close to the exciting Hollywood Beach boardwalk where you will find many outdoor cafes, restaurants and shops.
The Miami Int'l airport is 45 minutes and the Fort Lauderdale airport.
Just a 15 minute drive to South Beach, the Aventura Mall, Hard Rock Casino Entertainment Center, Gulf Stream Village shops and Horse Race Course.
Aventura Mall is just 15 minutes away and 30 minutes to the famed Sawgrass Mills and Dolphin Mall outlet stores.
There is an inexpensive trolley, which stops at our building and does a loop stopping along the Boardwalk and downtown shopping area and back.
Downtown Miami is only 45 minutes driving.

Beautiful view and beach

My friend and I brought our girls to stay here for our spring break.. this was a great place and beautiful beach!! It was perfect for us!

Extension of Vacation

We extended our cruise vacation with a week on Hollywood Beach. Great location and good beach for walking. We would stay here again.

Wonderful stay

We were 6 people in the condo The space was perfect It was clean and as in the pictures with the rental offer The commodities are complete The condo is nicely situated near the beach There is also stores nearby to purchase everything beaded for meals or otherwise We would definitely rent again
