Muy bien ubicado, la playa es hermosa en esa zona. No cobran por parqueo ni por recibir paquetes como en otros edificios de la zona El departamento no estaba muy limpio al llegar y algunos utensilios de cocina estaban viejos pero la dueña nos compró un juego nuevo de ollas cuando lo solicitamos.

Too bad about noise.

Natasha is an attentive host who tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Apt was spacious and comfortable. Noise from hotel next door was awful. Loading docls started at 7am every day and continued throughout the day.. Bedrooms could use darkening and sound dampening drapes to make sleeping easier. Beach and pool was excellent. Kitchen well equipped. Condo staff excellent. TV set up could be made ready for each guest. TV in every room was very nice.

We really enjoyed our stay!

We spent an enjoyable month in this nice penthouse condo. Great location on South Ocean drive. Close to restaurants, banks, a Walmart superstore and the hollywood boardwalk. Also just a few steps to the beach and a great heated pool. It is all you can ask for. We will be back!

We rented Natasha's place very last minute. The price was great and it had the few requirements we needed. Heated pool: check! On the beach: check! 2 bedrooms: check! The apartment was very spacious, and location couldn't be better. Natasha was very gracious, and helpful. This is our new 'go to' place when traveling to Fort Lauderdale (Hallendale). Couldn't be happier!

SEA AIR TOWER

Our stay was so enjoyable with the sea just at the back door, security around the clock. The super markets are also very close. The unit is well equiped, much of space and and a lot of day light. Tha swimming pool was not in operation but now it is working. We recommend it.
