The property manager, Isaac, was beyond amazing!! It would be impossible to put into words the character, sincerity, compassion, and extreme desire to ensure his renters have EVERYTHING they need!! He is available 24/7 for anything. In addition, he has a "family" that reside at the condos and he ensures they take you in as one of their own! Because of his network of friends, my youngest son learned to fish! And, as a single mom working 12 hour shifts, I was honored to have his family watch out for my boys! Also, when my contract was terminated before it even started, Isaac reached out to multiple contacts in the area and I was employed the following week!! Turns out Isaac is a neurologist! As for the condo....personal gated parking spot, security beyond any I have ever experienced, marble floors, leather couches, soft comfortable beds, amazing views of the city and the ocean from any room in the condo, modern decor, windows from ceiling to floor, extremely large balcony (also furnished), in unit washer and dryer....I can't list it all!! BUT, I can promise, you will not want to leave.

Spacious beach front property with stunning views

Stunning is the first word that comes to mind to describe this condo at Hollywood Beach. Windows from floor to ceiling encapsulates the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The two bedrooms have views of the ocean with comfortable beds. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed for cooking and dining, not to mention, a wonderful wine refrigerator. The in unit washer and dryer are an added benefit and a great convenience. The condo is located between Hollywood Boulevard and Hallandale Beach Boulevard which makes shopping easy. Staff here are excellent and very friendly and always willing to help with whatever questions or needs you have. Valet is remarkable and has brought up supplies/groceries quickly and with a smile. The owner, Isaac, has been exceptional. He communicated quickly when we first booked and was very helpful in making sure everything was available for a quick and efficient check in. He has kept us apprised of anything happening regarding the beaches, Broward county or the condo, as soon as he has information. He has made this experience fantastic. We will definitely be rebooking with him in the future. Thank you, Isaac, for extraordinary care.

Special place. Great Balcony...here we go...it started with rest communications with the owner prior to arrival. Easy check in with assigned parking. Entered a spacious , beautiful apartment with a breathtaking view. We’ll stocked all over. Very large and comfortable beds Woke up for ocean front coffee watching a magnifying sunrise. We enjoyed very much the gym, the spa and the heated pool. The beach was close by and we loved the ocean breeze. To summarize, a great place for a woderful vacation. The place, the attention for details by the owner, the neighbors..... everything you can ask for for a reasonable price.

AWESOME RETREAT ON THE BEACH

We had the pleasure of being among the first guests and loved it. Renovated clean large place with amazing views.The large balcony is exceptional. Great pool and private access to the beach. Building without complicated rules. Owner is available and courteous. Fantastic experience.Thanks Isaac.
