A large 1 bedroom and 1.5 bathroom newly renovated furnished apartment in a luxury high-rise building with direct beach access (no need to cross any streets) in Hollywood, Florida (short drive from either Ft Lauderdale or Miami airport). The building located near the Diplomat resort with direct beach access. The property has 24 hr. security and numerous amenities, including valet parking, a totally renovated in 2024 heating swimming pool, game room, ping pong, air jockey tabled, media room, and gym and steam rooms. Property located a few minutes from the downtown of Hollywood, boardwalk is 1 mile away and walking distance of Hallandale Rd., with restaurants, grocery stores, Walmart. Publix and more. Aventura Mall, Hard Rock Seminole and Casino & Hippodrome are all within an easy drive.
The apartment is fully furnished with brand new furniture, balcony with partial ocean view. Accommodates 4 adults comfortably, with a king size bed in the bedroom, a two sofa beds ( queen size and double size) and fold-out chair in the living room. Walk - in closet. Computer desk (Wi-Fi is available and free). Laundry is on a floor. Apartment equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, from bed linens and towels, dishes and kitchen utensils, beach chairs and umbrella. Kids are welcome, fold away crib (up to 4 years) and sand toys are available. The apartment has JVC TV, cable, DVD, Roku (Netflix, Amazon, Sling, Google Play)) in living room. and in the bedroom. Free Wi-Fi, High speed internet.

Inna is very communicative which made our stay easy. The unit itself is clean and in a great location. Could be more organized. The building itself requires upkeep, the halls smell, carpet is dirty and the pool was closed 75% of the time we stayed. First there was poop in the pool -closed for a week and last there was broken glass bottles at pool -closed for 2 weeks. Not very enjoyable and we had to find alternate plans to keep kids entertained.

Inna is the most responsive host . She communicated clearly and quickly to any questions we had . You cannot beat this property for the pool and beach . It’s quiet and clean but close enough to have fun on the broad walk . There are so many different cultures to interact with . Everyone was friendly and made our stay truly enjoyable . We can’t wait to return for an even longer stay .

Stunning pool area and beach location

Had a wonderful time at this condo. It was well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable beach vacation. It is located in a very nice neighborhood and we felt very safe while walking around. The Hollywood Broadwalk was a little over a mile away which was an easy walk. The building is very nice with a lovely lobby and the large pool area and beach are beautiful.

Прекрасные апартаменты на берегу океана со своим бассейном. Отдыхала с ребенком 5и лет в декабре прошлого года. Благоустроенная,  комфортабельная квартира, продумано всё до мелочей- от бытовых предметов до средств личной гигиены (зонты и раскладные стульчики для пляжа, коробка  детскими игрушками и книгами..) бесплатный WiFi, кабельное телевидение, два санузла.  Собственная бесплатная парковка. В шаговой доступности большой супермаркет.  Рядом множество баров и ресторанов.

Great experience

Stayed there in May, Building is well maintained and right on the beach . Apartment is big and well-lit . Plenty of closet space and 1.5 bathroom didn't hurt. All appliances are in good working conditions. I used parking with provided by the owner pass with no problems. Communication with the owner was smooth . I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Great condo

We stayed in this condo for the month of February and enjoyed it very much. It was very clean and spacious with ample closet space. Everything was provided with many extras which made it "vacation move in ready". The building is on the beach with a beautiful pool area as well. Inna, the owner, was wonderful to work with and had everything organized for our arrival. The property is very safe and secure. I would recommend this rental.

A bright and spaceous apartment, right on the beach!

We stayed in September 2016. Found a very bright and spacious modern apartment. Very clean and well organized, with tasteful furniture and comfortable beds. Right on the beach, with a balcony and a side ocean view. Great amenities. An inviting, big and well kept courtyard, with lots of shade and a large swimming pool. Or make two more steps down to the beautiful quiet beach and warm water of the ocean. A walking distance from shopping and restaurants. Juniper on the Water was the closest and most delectable. Or a colorful Greek Taverna Opa, just a short drive away. The owner was very nice and accommodating. Will definitely return!

Great place to stay!!!!!

We stayed here for a month and we had a great time. Beautifully furnished and the actual condo buildingmis great. Right on the beach. Very secure. Must have a finger print to get in. I had my family their and felt very safe. That was my top priority. Got texts from the owner to make sure everything was ok. Everything worked perfect. Highly recommend!!!!!
