Relaxing holiday home!

The house was perfect! Lots of outdoor games, well stocked, amazing projector to watch movies, and perfectly refreshing pool!! The view from the house was nice looking over trees and nature! Very comfortable furnishings on the inside and out, plus the host offered wine upon arrival (a major plus!)!!! Thanks for everything!

Dream vacation!

The house and the location are as described. What you can not describe - it was all shiny clean and well maintained, the kitchen fully equipped, with enough towels, in the bathrooms shower bath and enough toilet paper, etc.. After a week was intermediately cleaned, towels changed and beds remade. As a welcome there was a short tour and 6 (!) Bottles of local wine. The only drawback (but this is due to the portal here) - we had to pay in US dollars and so have paid over 70 € fee for it in addition. Thank you Jasminko - it was a dream vacation and we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Montecolori and would highly recommend it, especially for families. The large, fully fenced garden was one of the highlights. It was perfect for our children, who had plenty of space to play and explore, and also ideal for our dog to run freely and safely. The pool was beautiful and well-maintained, providing great refreshment during the day.The spacious covered outdoor area was excellent both for daytime shade and for relaxing evenings. With lighting and comfortable loungers, it created a very cozy atmosphere where we spent a lot of time.Inside the house, everything was well-equipped for a large family. The three bathrooms and the large, comfortable beds made our stay very convenient and relaxing. The host was very responsive and helpful, always replying quickly to any questions. Communication throughout our stay was smooth and pleasant.Another big advantage is the location of the house itself. It is quite secluded, with neighbors at a distance, allowing complete privacy. We could enjoy ourselves freely without worrying about disturbing anyone—even late in the evening when using the pool.Motovun is just an 8-minute drive away and is definitely worth visiting. There are great restaurants, a small supermarket, and even paragliding opportunities, which made for a fantastic experience.Overall, this is a fantastic property with great value for money. We would gladly return.

Fazit: Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Jasminko Balenović, owner of the villa. I think that my villa talks more about me.

Why they chose this property

We spent a long time looking for a perfect position for our house, in solitude but close to the Motovun, and not so far from the Istrian coast (30min). Villa represent our understanding of life and relax in nature, with all small stuffs that makes our lives more convenient.

What makes this property unique

We are proud that we preserve all of olives and trees we have found on ground during the building of house, now they give us plenty of natural shadow and discretion. We use solar panels for electricity and water is also heated through solar system.
Long swim season in our pool with electric heater.
Home "open air cinema" easy to use, just need your movies!
