Large and airy townhouse (in gated community with 24 hour security) with capacity for 16 people comfortably, but holds up to 20 people. It has 4 bedrooms (2 suites and 1 bathroom that serves the other 2 bedrooms), 1 downstairs toilet, large integrated TV and dining room, American kitchen, laundry and outdoor area with sink, barbecue and wood stove, garage for 2 cars (but you can park more cars safely in the street and in front of the house), plus a large balcony to hang the hammock and enjoy the quiet and the singing of birds. The beach of Massaguaçú has excellent infrastructure in beach huts, besides gas stations, bakery, pharmacies, supermarkets, pizzeria among other conveniences.
