The house was amazing plenty of room for a large group and process very reasonable lake is full. Lake is full. I would totally recommend it. Had a great area to beach our boat for an overnight for a couple of nights and worked out great. Would stay here again.

We had such a wonderful time during our stay at this house! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need — cooking was a breeze. One of our favorite spots was the screened-in porch, where we spent so much time relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings.The home was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to sleep, hang out, and unwind. The only thing to note is that the water was a bit farther than we expected, but it didn’t stop us from having a great time fishing and soaking in the outdoors Overall, a lovely getaway and a place we’d happily return to!

Rex and Rena bought this property in June of 2018 from a family that had owned it for over 100 years. We both went to school in the Austin area and own property in Llano County. We recently sold our weekend Lakehouse close by when we decided to permanently moved to the Hill County in 2014. We renovated two vacation Villas side by side with a Farmhouse and Beach house theme. Charming and relaxing!

This property is perfect for family reunions, wedding's or any other large events by booking both Villas, or just rent one Villa and enjoy a small group of friends and family! Grab a chair and enjoy the sunrise and sunsets! Buchanan is also known for its great fishing!

The Farmhouse Villa sleeps 14! Access to the water (distance to water depends on water levels). Bring a life jacket and while you are packing don't forget your fishing pole! Pet Friendly! Full kitchen. Screened in patio on the Farmhouse! Charcoal BBQ Pits and picnic tables on the property!
