Rex and Rena bought this property in June of 2018 from a family that had owned it for over 100 years. We both went to school in the Austin area and own property in Llano County. We recently sold our weekend Lakehouse close by when we decided to permanently moved to the Hill County in 2014. We renovated two vacation Villas side by side with a Farmhouse and Beach house theme. Charming and relaxing!

Feels like home! The Villas are nestled on property overlooking Lake Buchanan! This property is perfect for family reunions, wedding's or any other large events by booking both Villas, or just rent one Villa and enjoy a small group of friends and family! Grab a chair and enjoy the sunrise and sunsets! Buchanan is also known for its great fishing!
What makes this property unique
The Farmhouse Villa sleeps 14! Access to the water (distance to water depends on water levels). Bring a life jacket and while you are packing don't forget your fishing pole! Pet Friendly! Full kitchen. Screened in patio on the Farmhouse! Charcoal BBQ Pits and picnic tables on the property!
