Cozy and airy house. It has a beautiful view of the sea, is 150 meters from the beach, close to restaurants, kiosks. 300 meters away is Perequê Beach, where many events and concerts of the cities are concentrated. It is the starting point of some tours such as motorboat, schooner and jeep. There are also excellent restaurants and many kiosks where we like to see the beautiful sunset. The house has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, one suite, a large one and a guest toilet. It has fans in every room. Cup, kitchen, living room, patio with barbecue. A parking space and virtually every room has a view of the sea.
