House was very clean and comfortable. Great location, wonderful neighborhood, quiet area. Host was very responsive when we had a question about the shower. Parking was difficult, we ended up using the garage.

Perfect accommodations, very clean! Well maintained and stocked for all cooking needs. I would definitely rent again next time traveling through Philly. Only downside is parking is hard to come by. And most are limited time.

This was the perfect spot for me and my colleagues to stay at while attending a conference. It’s located in a great walkable neighborhood. The place was very clean and roomy. One of the bedrooms is only accessible by going through another bedroom which we didn’t realize until we arrived but we didn’t mind. It was a great place to sleep, rest and regroup We loved our stay here and would stay here again.

Everything was just right. Easy, safe, clean, and just a quick ride anywhere in Philly. A superb location for arriving in the city without a car. Parking was a little difficult, but the fine for overstaying the 2hr only street parking was cheaper than all day at the distant garages.

Irina was a wonderful host. Her house was spotless and located in a great area. She was kind and responsive to all my messages, and the home had everything you could possibly need. The beds and pillows were very comfortable as well. I would definitely stay at her place again.
