This fabulous old Victorian home has been beautifully renovated and furnished with aircon and heater for comfortable stay. With 3 bedrooms and bathrooms, flat-screen TV. Guests can also relax in the large open lounge and dining area. Melbourne is 10 km from the holiday home. Melbourne Airport is 13 km away. Also close to public transport, parking also included. 30 mins by public transport or 15 mins drive to CBD. Close to Highpoint Shopping and Footscray market, cafes and restaurants.

Before booking please understand that this property in in a quiet residential zoning.
- No parties allowed
- Quite hours after 9pm
- If neighbours complained and local council gets involved a $600 penalty applied.
-We are strict in number of guest checking in to be matches number of guest booked. At any one point of time unless approved by host. Therefore, please confirm prior/time of booking. And only use the number of beds associated to the number of people on the booking. Additional cleaning apply if use extra beds.
-The person must respect read house manual before contacting hosts.
-$200/day penalty for smoking inside the house.
-$50/30mins for late checkout and will be liable to pay the next guest’s booking cancellation.
-$50 per key replacement
Breaking any of the above rules will result in your booking to be cancelled instantly. And any further fees including court cases will be at your own cost.

NBN, Netflix and good bedding
Owner is really nice with clear instructions on entry and exit. Place was clean with fresh bedding and towels. Tottenham Train Station is 1km away but the car park is huge so we just drove there but have to be there before 730am on a work day to get a good park. 13 minute train ride to city. Aldi and Coles are only 5 minutes walk across road. Kitchen was clean. Instant coffe was supplied. Microwave and gas stove top. One shower with small mirror cabinet. Two toilets. No pantry but big fridge and freezer. 3 bedrooms. Two rooms with a double bunk bed and single bunk bed. One bedroom with Double Bed. Netflix was seamless and easy. Very tight street but carpark provided in front yard. That is also tight but still more than enough room to park. Use remote to turn evaporative cooling on. Backyard is ordinary and you wont use it unless you want to use the bbq. Clothes washing machine was really good and big. There was washing liquid there. Overall was a good stay and we would stay there again.
