This fully renovated 3 bedroom home is perfect for the family getaway and is only 250m from Nobbys Beach, a short stroll to Flynns Beach and a 7 minute drive from Town Centre.

The property has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms including a bath. This comfortable house has a new 7kw air conditioner and features complimentary Wi-Fi and Netflix, 46" TV, DVD, CD stereo, microwave, dishwasher and internal laundry with clothes dryer and a sunroom. Ceiling fans in two bedrooms. There is off street parking, a fully enclosed sunny back yard with BBQ and outdoor setting and covered patio.

The property is pet friendly, and only a 3 minute walk to Nobbys beach which is an off the lead dog beach. Pet food and water bowls provided - bring your own pet bedding. No cats please.

Bedding: Queen to the main bedroom and second bedroom and a double bed with a single bunk on top in the third bedroom. All linen is included

Stay for Ironman with the Family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. My daughter and I had a wonderful week at the house, which had everything we wanted. Our dog also had a fabulous time with a great yard to run round in, and Nobby’s Beach was but a few minutes walk away. We will definitely be back!

This holiday home was perfect for me and my two little dogs, even a dog door. Fully fenced yard kept them safe when I had to leave them some times. Very comfortable, near the beach, excellent location, warm and inviting. Nothing needed, everything at your disposal, definitely stay there again and recommend to friends.
