A charming little flat just perfect for two in the center of all the downtown activity in Nantucket. Immaculately clean and nicely decorated and 2 wall air conditioners kept it cool. It had everything we needed for a pleasant, comfortable stay and I was incredibly grateful for the coffee station that was fully stocked with coffee. For added convenience, there is a small bakery across the street for coffee, tea and baked goods. We are seniors and found everything within easy walking distance and very convenient. Note, there are narrow stairs to climb for access, but even as seniors, they presented no problem at all. This accommodation added to the enjoyment of our stay in Nantucket.

Perfect location for a long weekend!

Our trip was all about driving on the beaches but we also wanted convenience and walkability for meals and shopping. This condo allowed us to explore historic downtown by foot and have a place to park the Jeep.Bedroom was spacious and kitchen appointed with just enough to have a simple meal or snack. (Although we did enjoy local restaurants!)

I found a gem ! Located to absolutely everything Nantucket ! I was able to easily walk to get a facial over at Sisters Salon and especially enjoyed a few trips to Black Eyed Susan’s 😊. Hope to return again someday

I love the location of this little condominium. We were central to restaurants, shopping and bike paths. Also We were just steps away from what we thought was the best bakery on the island. The host was very hands-on and helpful during our five night stay. Although the weather didn’t cooperate, we had an enjoyable time.

This condo is perfect for couples. The location on Center street makes it easy to walk anywhere. Quiet location. Condo is so clean, and a comfy king bed. We didn’t cook but the kitchen was fully equipped if you wanted to. Owners were easy to contact and flexible with move in and out times when possible. We will be back!

Great comfortable and attractive apartment for a couple located in a convenient section of the historic district with Born and Bread breakfast and sandwich shop across the street and easy walking distance to other attractions. The apartment does have steep steps. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect in town place

Our stay at Ken and Marie's condo was perfect for our long weekend on Nantucket. The bed was super comfortable, the space was fresh/clean and the location can't be beat. Ken and Marie were so easy to communicate with ahead of our stay. The only thing I would add is that the two beach chairs in the condo are small (and Ken had even given me this heads up I just didn't pay attention to it). I wish we had brought our own beach chairs just for a bit more comfort for my husband. We would definitely re-book for this location and stay again.

A simple, cute getaway location

The location of this property is where you want to be if you visit Nantucket. It's right next to all the cute inns, shops, and the best restaurants. You can walk to all these places too. But if you decide you want to rent a bike or car, the hosts make it easy with their parking spot! Not to mention they have a couple of beach chairs and an umbrella waiting for you to use. The apartment itself is super cozy. It's smaller but what more do you need when you visit the island? You're not going to be inside all day! It's everything you need in a home base while still being a place you'd love to watch a movie in. The hosts are detail oriented and attentive. They want you to have a great time when you visit and it shows. They stayed available for clarifications/questions. They have a great binder that overviews all their recommendations and activities you can do on the island. I highly recommend this place for your next Nantucket getaway!
