Modern villa with private pool and BBQ, near TROGIR and SPLIT

Villa Mia is situated in the peaceful bay of Marina just 12km from the Unesco Heritage site of Trogir and 20km from the Split Airport. It has wonderful sea view, swimming pool and pool for children. The villa is new, modern and air-conditioned. It has equipped kitchen with coffee machine, jacuzzi bath, outdoor shower and BBQ. Little town Marina has lovely beaches and nice restaurants only 400m from the villa. You can enjoy sailing, fishing and other water sports. There is free private parking.
There are some gorgeous places worth visiting while staying in this area: Trogir, Split, Plitvice lakes, Krka Waterfalls and beautiful Croatian islands such as Hvar, Brač, Vis and many others.

The Tower of Marina is one of the town’s most distinctive landmarks. It was built by the Venetians as a defensive tower in case of land or sea invasion during the 15th century. Marina has numerous cafes where you can sit and watch the boats in the marina. There are restaurants where you can enjoy in Croatian delicacies. Marina has numerous pine and olive trees too. The nearby beaches are pebbly and suitable for family vacations.
It is possible to walk to all you need - just down the road, cross over the main road and walk on down into Marina. There are ATM, ambulance, post office, supermarket, cafes, bars and restaurants.

Wonderful stay at Villa Mia. All facilities excellent. Next time, I would probably hire a car, as the road to the villa is quite steep.

Great house with beautiful views

This was a great place for a family getaway. The house was clean and spacious. About 15 minutes from Trogir, it was nice to spend time in a smaller town to relax. We enjoyed the outside space as much as the indoor.

Wonderful villa!

We had a wonderful stay at villa Mia, the villa is fully equipped with everything you could want - clean & modern and very comfortable , the beds are fitted with memory foam mattresses so we had a fabulous nights sleep ! The pool is great , and there is loads of outside seating for chilling around the pool A big thank you to Petra our host who just couldn’t do enough for us - next time we visit croatia we will definitely stay at villa Mia....... Steve & Sue mackie.

Fantastic space in a great location

We stayed in Villa Mia for a week in early September. The weather was great, high 20's so not the crazy heat of the summer and a constant gentle breeze made it perfect. The villa was spacious, very clean and well equipped. The pool was crystal clear and grounds well maintained. All beds had air conditioning and the blackout shutters made for really good sleep. Marina is a beautiful location, quite small but this means it's not as busy as Trogir or Primosten but within easy reach of all these places. 25 mins from the airport. A 5 min walk to the bar at the bottom of the hill for daytime coffee or night time drinks with a stunning view. There is a steep(ish) walk back up the road to the villa but it is 10 mins at most. Main Marina centre is probably 15 mins walk along the beach and past the nice boats. Finally, Petra our host was amazing. Came and said hello on our first night to welcome us with a couple of goodies. Provided us with a couple of additional items we requested, checked in via message to make sure we were ok and having a good time. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful property, spotlessly clean, short walk to supermarket and restaurants in Marina. Petra and her father were unfailingly welcoming and helpful, providing everything we needed. We had a lovely holiday - thank you!

Schöne Villa, sehr nette Gastgeber

Wir haben sehr nette Gastgeber kennenlernen dürfen. Petra und Ihr Vater haben uns sehr gut betreut. Sogar ein gemeinsames Fischgrillen wurde veranstaltet. Hierfür nochmals herzlichen Dank für den schönen Abend. Die Villa ist wie beschrieben. Es sollten aber bald ein paar kleinere Reparaturen vorgenommen werden. Nichts, was extrem stören würde, aber bei diesem Niveau sollte schon alles stimmen. Die notwendigen Verbesserungen wurden von Petra aufgenommen und baldige Abhilfe versprochen. Wer hier Urlaub macht, kann sich auf einen wirklich entspannten Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Ambiente freuen. Vielen Dank nochmals. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Fantastic villa for our family and the hosts are wonderful! Helpful and so friendly with everything🤗 the kids loved the pool and it’s near the beach and restaurants in Marina. The villa have perfect location from Split airport and near Trogir and Sibenik🤩 We had a perfect vacation and will come back.

Ein traumhafter Urlaub

Das Haus ist genau wie auf den Bildern wunderschön eingerichtet und sehr geräumig. Der Blick vom Balkon und dem Pool aufs Meer ist schön und wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit. Danke auch an Petra die jederzeit mit tollen (Restaurant-) Tips zur Seite stand.

Fantastisch verblijf

Wij hebben dit verblijf voor 5 nachten geboekt, en er valt echt niks op aan te merken. Het verblijf matcht 100% met de advertentie en de foto’s. Het huis is schoon en het eetgedeelte buiten is heerlijk om te barbecuen. De zwembaden zijn lekker verkoelend met de zon die vrijwel heel de dag op het terras staat. Het verblijf is ook lekker privé. Onze host was goed te bereiken en flexibel met de check tijden. Je kon bij haar over alles terecht, van vragen over het huis tot tips voor restaurantjes en boottochten in de buurt. Het mooie dorpje Trogir is ook goed te bereiken. Wij hadden een 9-persoons bus bij, waar ook alle smalle straatjes in de omgeving geen probleem waren.

Haus Mia

Ein sehr schönes Haus. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und gastfreundlich. Die Villa ist sehr modern und auf dem höchsten Stand der Technik ausgestattet. Das Grundstück ist teilweise nicht einsehbar und bietet höchsten Komfort. Besonders schätzen wir die Lage ,die Nähe zu Trogir,Primosten und Split. Das war nicht unser letzter Besuch in der Villa Mia Familie Retzer
