We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend this apartment!

The apartment is immaculately clean and we were able to get complete rest on the new, comfortable beds. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is plenty of coffee and a kerug maker. The living room has a big leather sectional and a big screen TV and we had a relaxing stay. Also, the apartment is in a great area with nearby restaurants, shopping and a short drive to the myriad cultural centers and entertainment that Detroit offers.

Great Location & Comfortable, Spacious Accommodations

My husband and I stayed here while visiting our daughter who recently moved to MI. The location was perfect for us to walk to our daughter's home and to the local shopping district with cute shops and restaurants. The parking was easily accessible and conveniently located behind the condo. The kitchen had everything that we needed and the beds were very comfortable. We plan to stay here again in April.

The neighborhood is cute with a small market across the street that was so convenient. My Daughter lives a few blocks away from here so we will be back and stay here again.

Gross Pointe!!

We had a last minuye notice that the rental we booked was actually bouble booked. Had great communication w the owner of this property. He was very available to ask qyestions and quick at replies, trying to make things work out for us! Check in was super easy, just did it on the app and was sent the code for the lock promtly the day we were to check in. In a lovely neighborhood with an adorable local corner store across the street! Would definitely be happy to stay again or recommend to others!

Fine for short stay

The front door locking and unlocking device was a bit frustrating. Took lots of times to get the full code entered before the screen would go dark.

Very confused here. We send very detailed messages on the check-in process and all details needed. They guest didn't provide any specific issues before or after the stay. I think they may have been rating another stay and not ours. also not sure what the picture is suppose to mean.

Lock and light and neighbors

Lock code did not work at first but call to property manager helped us get in no problem. Light fixture in bathroom over sink partially detached and fell 6” down but property manager responded immediately Upstairs neighbors making excessive noise 6 am Sunday. Otherwise good and comfortable.

Accommodations worked well for us because of convenient location. Comfy beds. House address hard to find and if others are staying above you be prepared due to hardwood floors. Also, very poor lighting.

Excellent location and good value

This was a very nice rental in a great location in Grosse Pointe. The beds were comfy and the kitchen well-stocked. It lacked a bit hominess, in particular needing some rugs. It’s an old building with lots of great character, but also creakiness when others are walking around. You might want a noise maker if you’re a light sleeper. Kevin was a great host and very responsive to my messages.

Great place in a beautiful neighborhood

We've stayed at many hotels in Detroit and didn't like any of them. We were so please to find this nice home in a beautiful, quiet and safe neighborhood. The home is clean and comfortable. High-speed internet and TV with Netflix and Disney+ all included. We'll definitely stay again.

A Gem in Detroit

My brothers, cousin and I had a wonderful experience with this VRBO. It was in a great location not to far from family and the schools I was touring. The place was just like what you see in the pictures and read in the description. It was very clean, comfortable, and accommodating for multiple people. In addition, if you had any question about the place the owner was easy to get a hold of which was nice.

Comfortable beds

This place slept 6 comfortably. 2 queen bedrooms with very comfortable beds and a self-inflating queen air mattress (when we discovered it lost air overnight, a new one was dropped off for us that worked great). Overall, a nice stay. Though the place is clean and nice, the decor was very stark, but we didn’t mind since it was only used for sleeping and it served us well in that regard.
