Sweeping water views across the Bay of Port Stephens

Modern and spacious unit with a waterfront location these views can not be beaten.
Wifi
This three bedroom, second floor apartment has a northerly aspect enjoying the winter sun and the summer breezes across the bay.

Open plan living, dining and kitchen area opens onto a good size balcony and sweeping water views. Eight stairs up takes you to all three bedrooms and the main bathroom which has a corner bath with shower combined. The internal laundry is complete with a washer and dryer. Communal pool is good fun for all the family. Please note that the Pool is closed June through to the beginning of September School Holidays.

Bedroom one has a queen bed, built in robe, ceiling fan and ensuite.
Bedroom two has a tri bunk and built in robe.
Bedroom three contains two sets of bunks and also has built in robe.
Top bunks only suitable for children

Double lock up garage with plenty of storage, lock up cage in garage adjacent to car park can store bikes, kayaks etc.

Relax on the balcony and watch the sun go down over the water, so close you can almost touch it! Perfect for couples or that relaxing family holiday you always dream about.

There are definitely smoke alarms at this property. New microwave & airfryer.

- No linen or bedsmakes provied, guests need to book & pay separately. Bed makes will only be made on Queen & Double not bunk beds.

Family holiday

I'm a local but couldn't fit my whole family in my small home so I found this. It was fantastic for all of my family and baby neice. My sister came from Darwin with her baby and husband and they just loved it. The grass area was lovely, the bay was clean and the cleanliness of the unit was also great too. Definitely would stay there again

Magic Location Make over required

Propery in desperate need of a make over, tired and rundown. Cleaners need to do a better job and it would be nice if the beds wetr madecwhen we arrived.

Great location - property needs some work

The property is in a great location and has everything you need. We experienced a few issues with the property not being cleaned properly before check in with all cutlery being left on the bench and in various states of rust and linen not provided. Linen rectified promptly by the property manager. The property needs a deep clean as there were cockroaches, both dead and alive in all rooms.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is beautiful and the views amazing. The living room/kitchen of the unit is well-equipped. The bedroom level needs some work. Stained carpets throughout, the fan and light in the master bedroom not working - some nights were quite warm, and the apartment has no air conditioning. Master bedroom had no doona cover/set at all, just the bare doona. Door to back bedroom was broken, and that combined with the carpet stains and no lamp made our daughter scared to sleep in there. The pedestal fans for bedrooms two and three were old and need replacing soon. For the price of the apartment in peak time these things were disappointing. We stayed beach-front in Forster for the same price the week before and the apartment there was much better looked after. The pool at the complex was great and our kids loved swimming there.

Great location n view but the apartment can do with a good clean. Esp the bathroom in master bedroom

Overall our stay was good. apartment needs an update with glass ware cutlery n pots n pans etc seems the owner puts his old items in this apartment when he upgrades his home. Bathroom need mats its an accident waiting to happen when stepping out of shower.

Good setting, not great for families

We stayed in unit 4 for the week of Christmas 2018. The views were breathtaking, we enjoyed the lawn out front, and our children kayaked daily. Unfortunately, the retired neighbors who must live there year round were very unwelcoming. They yelled at our kids few times, and ignored us even if we were passing in the car park. It was a real damper on an otherwise great location. We paid a lot of money for the appartment, it was unfortunate that the neighbors were able to influence our stay negatively. I would recommend families find an alternative location.
