We are honored to have been chosen as a GOLD STAR VACATION RENTAL by the HSV Department of Tourism! Located on 10 acres of private forest inside the beautiful Hot Springs Village gated community in the Ouachita Mountains, you will find a mountain home with every amenity you could hope for. There are three bedroom suites, each with its own private full bathroom, perfect for three couples. There are two king beds and one queen. The den will sleep two more with a couple of floor mattresses. You’ll find lots of glass overlooking your private forest, a fully stocked kitchen, 2 tv’s, wifi, a gas fireplace (fireplace closed July/August), ceiling fans, large deck, and gas grill—-PLUS a six-person spa! We are all about quality of life! Come FEEL THE MAGIC!
THIS IS A GATED COMMUNITY WITH SEVERAL GATES LEADING INTO THE VILLAGE. YOU MUST ENTER THROUGH EITHER THE WEST OR EAST GATE. THE OTHER GATES REQUIRE MEMBER MAGNETIC CARDS TO OPEN. IF YOU SET YOUR GPS TO OUR ADDRESS, YOU WILL LIKELY END UP AT ONE OF THESE GATES. PLEASE SET YOUR GPS TO EITHER THE EAST OR WEST GATE. THE EAST GATE CLOSES AT 10:30 PM SO IF YOU ARE ARRIVING LATER THAN THIS, YOU MUST ENTER THROUGH THE WEST GATE.

"This is, without a doubt, the best experience we have had to date with rentals. If you want to get away...I mean, really get away, this is the spot for you! First of all, it is absolutely a gorgeous area. The house was beyond our expectations. Everything you could possibly need. Just bring your groceries and you never have to leave the village. The weather was perfect and we did some hiking on the trails. The back porch was wonderful with the hot tub and fire pit. We spent every night outside just enjoying nature and the sounds of the night. We are all “clean freaks” and this met our expectations completely! Terri was was just a text message away whenever we needed anything. And what a special touch to welcome us with Christmas decor, wine, and a cheese tray. Thanks, Terri! Both Judy and Terri were great at communicating and answering all my questions. I highly recommend this spot for a great getaway! Thanks for sharing your lovely home, Judy. Happy New Year!"
"From the start to the finish this was a outstanding experience. This host was very good with communication and really added some amazing special touches that made this experience special. For example we arrived late to the rental due to traffic and stop at the grocery store. Terri was nice enough to meet us at the gate and guide us in. This really was appreciated since it's a little bit of a maze the first time and sometimes GPS is lacking. She arranged having a birthday cake for my brother in law. We where able to celebrate upon arrival. He was SO surprised. The house was prefect and extremely clean. We did request to have our kids come as well which was not a problem as long as we got prior approval. We able to bring my special needs daughter gait trainer to use on the long/wide deck. She LOVED it. This was the first time she was able to fully explore and enjoy the beautiful outdoor space. The hot tub is was clean and very nice after a long day or even in the morning before we took off to daily adventure. Hot Springs Village is one of kind. We loved all the lakes. We spent the day at lake Balboa which has a nice sandy beach and shade coverage. The entire family was very impressed with everything. The kitchen I must give it a call out. WOW. The best kitchen we ever had on a rental. Everything you could ever need was there. The appliances top of the line and functioning very well. The washer and dryer also very nice and new. The showers had great water pressure and it was nice that everyone got their own. I will sum it up and say the pictures in the advertisement does not give it justice. Pick this one and you will be pleased. Thanks to everyone, especially Terri, for being a amazing co-host. We have created a lifetime of great memories."
"Our family stayed here for the long weekend and “Camp Hood” far exceeded all expectations we had. With 3 adult children and spouses it takes a lot to make everyone happy but this home did exactly that. Terry met our daughter and son in law first and my daughter texted me “you’re gonna love it” and we did! From the hot tub, texts from Judy and Terry checking on us, coffee on the deck, marshmallows for roasting and too many extras to list this house was the perfect getaway. Thank you, thank you, thank you!"

We frequently are asked about ACTIVITIES (other than golf) that are available, nearby with easy access. There are many! Here are a few:
BOATING & FISHING- Balboa Marina and Waypoint at DeSoto Marina are both within 10 minutes of our property. You can find them on-line with phone numbers and other information by searching Hot Springs Village Marinas. Our personal favorite is the party barge rental. We also have brochures available for you in our Welcome Folder.
WALKING TRAILS- Hot Springs Village is a virtual spiderweb of walking trails. You can find a list of them online by searching Hot Springs Village Walking Trails. We have a map of these trails for you in our Welcome Folder. One of these trails is "just down the road" from our property. All of the others are within a 5 to 10 minute drive with lots of parking space.
HOT SPRINGS NATIONAL PARK - Hot Springs National Park and downtown Hot Springs is 18 miles from our property. It's a 30 minute drive. Easy Peasy. And it's worth a day trip in. Lots of fun with beautiful bath houses and restaurants. Book a spa treatment!
DIGGING FOR CRYSTALS - Ron Coleman Crystal Mine is a unique, memorable experience. This is a short 10 miles from the property. You can find it online and on youtube by searching Ron Coleman Crystal Mine.
TENNIS- Hot Springs Village has a beautiful tennis facilitiy. Search it online. It's 10 minutes from our property.
BIKING - Biking is a popular activity in the Village. It has friendly bike paths throughout. It's not uncommon to see biking clubs from all over the nation enjoying our peaceful and scenic trails.
