Very disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No hot waterfor 13 days, condo need kitchen supplies replaced a lot of junk. condo outdated compared to 119,118,116. Have stayed Hale Kai 2-3 weeks at a time for 9 years, was not a good stay

Very frustrated, and depressing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not good no hot water for a week now, electric on demand doesn’t work, waiting for new one coming Florida, boil water for dishes, 30 second shower as hot ends.. We are here for 2 more weeks not impressed. Condo needs updating we have stayed in much much nicer ones. We will need a good refund we didn’t sign up for this!
