Welcome Home: Beautiful 2nd Row Home - Private Pool - Gas Fireplace!

“Welcome Home” to this beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath home with your own private pool. Features 2 master suites, gas fireplace (available October through April), 2 dishwashers, dual oven and queen sleeper sofa. Private beach access across the street located between 1135 & 1139 OBW. Tremendous views from upper-level living area of the inverted floor plan. Full-length decks front and back, WIFI, TVs, and ceiling fans. Enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower. Pool closed November through March.

Bed linens provided (Beds in bedrooms only) for weekly rentals. No Towels provided can be rented.

Perfect week!

We had such a wonderful week, the house is great, spacious so everyone had their own areas to relax and big enough for us to all be together. Thank you so much, we can’t wait to visit again!

Very nice stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Welcome Home very much! The house was clean, bright, spacious and well appointed. The location was perfect and had a beautiful view of the ocean, especially being a second row house. The beach access was so close and no stairs. We appreciated the convenience of the keyless entry. The pool is nice but stayed a bit chilly for our preference. My only suggestion for improvement would be to consider replacing the mattress in the upstairs bedroom or maybe adding a foam topper to increase comfort. It’s certainly not in bad shape, but could have been more comfortable for our taste. We had a great time and would not hesitate to stay here again! Thank you for sharing your nice home.

Nicest house we’ve stayed in

This is the best and nicest house we’ve stayed in as a family of 4 so far. The reason for 4 stars is because the pool had so much chlorine that we were unable to use it. Otherwise the location, view, cleanliness, overall condition of the house was fantastic!

Holden Beach Get Away

We had a great time at this house and at Holden Beach. My two young children enjoyed the short walk to the beach and playing in the pool. The house is open and comfortable and everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

We all enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and small appliances. The pool was very nice and large enough for everyone to enjoy. We all loved the porches and rockers. The area was quiet and peaceful. We would definitely rent this house again!
