Our property is located in beautiful Historic Downtown Savannah. All of the food, shopping and sites are walking distance or a very quick drive. The neighborhood is clean and inviting with plenty of manicured parks to explore, unique shops to experience, and fine restaurants to try.

Historic Downtown Savannah feels big but remains small, thus most destinations are walkable. If you prefer to drive, street parking and parking garages are readily available. If you prefer to ride we suggest you try the free shuttle that comes every 10 minutes and will tour you around all of Historic Downtown.
Quiet hours 10pm - 8am.

There is a cleaning fee of $120. If any furniture has been damaged guest will have to pay or replace or be subjected to reimburse the amount of damage.

Great place to stay with lovely front porch.

Beautiful home. We enjoyed our stay. Only suggestion. Needs additional pans, grill needs serviced and pillows need replaced. Also more than one kitchen towel would be useful.

Average accomodations

The beds are about the worst money can buy and need to be replaced. No hot water in the bathroom. Overall not bad for the location but the little things need to be corrected.

Good location, clean and comfortable.

We stayed for a week and walked everywhere. The only time we used the car was for.trips outside of town. Even the grocery store.waa a short walk. There is off-street parking. Kitchen has the basic equipment we needed. The rooms were large and very comfortable. You should know this is an old building so there is occasional noise from guests in the upstairs unit. The private covered back porch was nice.
