This Cozy Town home is is the middle unit of a three-plex. All units are privately owned and respectful of ones privacy. This mountain home was designed with relaxed family living in mind, so gather the crew and get excited to make long lasting memories. Just imagine your afternoon filled with crisp, blue skies solely interrupted by the jetting snow covered peaks of the ski resort and the calming rambling sound of the Blue River below. Our Retreat is situated on a quiet dead-end street and a short 15 minute walk to/from Main Street, and a 2 minute walk to the Breck Free Ride stop that will take you to the slopes and/or downtown in 5 minutes).

As you walk into this tri-level three bedroom Breckenridge vacation rental you will feel relaxed and at home. After walking up the stairs from the private heated garage and laundry area, you are immediately welcome by a large family room, gorgeous kitchen, and family-friendly counter height dining room table that sits 8. Our small yet cozy deck includes a traeger grill and stunning views of the mountains.

The comfortable sectional couch and and reclining chair provide comfortable seating with amazing views of the mountains, the most spectacular artwork anyone could ask for, while gas fireplace adds cozy warmth throughout.

Upstairs the master bedroom & full bath, is the only room in the house that has uninterrupted views of both Breckenridge Ski Area and Baldy Mountain. As you are enjoying a relaxing morning in the glorious king bed we suggest opening the sliding door and letting the sound of the flowing river below serve as a natural musical soundtrack.

Guest Room Number 2 has a queen bed, dresser and closet with close access to the 2nd full bath on the 3rd level.

The 3rd Bedroom upstairs sleeps 4 - one bunk, single and a trundle bed. It is ideal for the kids.

Great family time.

Three generations of us spent New Years weekend. The location was away from crowded places and it easily accommodated the younger skiers, their parents, and one grateful Grandma!

Best Location in Breckenridge!

I have stayed in Breck a few times and generally if you are looking for close (no car needed) to skiing you are looking at houses on Ski Hill Road, 4 O Clock, or Broken Lance Drive. It depends what you are looking for but for me Derricks location is perfect.y. If you want extreme ease of access walk to lifts < 5 mins and town < 5 mins then Derricks is not your pick but you will then live in a shoebox. I've stayed at houses in the Sundowner complex on 4 O Clock and on ski hill road and they are tiny.

Excellent getaway

Our family of four loved staying here! The mountain view from the decks was a highlight. We loved sleeping with the windows open to hear the stream running just out front. The townhouse is just tucked back enough to be on a quiet street and feel away from the busy of main street, but close enough to take an easy walk to the shops downtown. Everything we needed was on site. Thanks for a great stay, Derrick!

Lovely property that is well-stocked and well-maintained. We mostly ate in rather than going out, and were able to find everything we needed in the kitchen. The views are beautiful and we had no problems that arose while we were there. Definitely would recommend and stay again!

Our family came in late June and loved this property. Very clean, well furnished, and a great location (couple minute walk into downtown Breckenridge). There is also a free transit stop at the top of the neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need and there were plenty of clean towels, sheets, and blankets. The views off the balcony are amazing and there is a river that runs in front of the unit. The owner was great - sent his cell number for any issues and even called to make sure everything was ok upon check in. I would absolutely recommend this property and plan on staying there again.

It was everything we hoped it would be, and more! This was a great place for our family vacation!

Our family spent Christmas week in this condo in 2015. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is thoughtfully decorated, spotless, and very inviting. The master suite is extremely comfortable and spacious, with both a shower and a tub. The other two bedrooms accommodated our young people with a double bed in one, and bunk beds in the other. There is an ample supply of extra pillows and bedding. The kitchen/family room is spacious with an open floor plan, lots of seating, and a gas fireplace for atmosphere. Both cable TV service and internet were very reliable. The kitchen table normally seats six, and expanded to accommodate our Christmas dinner with 10 people; it could possibly have seated a few more. We made use of the laundry in the unit, which was a real convenience. For skiing, we had a 5 minute walk to the bus stop. Breckenridge has a terrific bus system; we never drove to the ski areas. We did opt to drive to the grocery store. The kitchen is well supplied with utensils and cookware. The owner was very accommodating and provided a detailed welcome package with helpful tips and recommendations. The condo was everything we hoped it would be, and more! All in all, this was a great place for our family vacation. We definitely recommend that you give this condo a try!

Breckenridge retreat

This place is great! Clean, awesome location and perfect for a family or two couples. I like that there were so many great hikes right from the condo, that you can hear the river from the master bedroom and it was a quick walk or bike ride into all the shops/bars/restaurants in town. Very comfortable, cozy and well stocked.

We are an active family of four. I am a Colorado native who has had the privilege of my parents or myself having a place in Breckenridge since 1972. My wife Reiko grew up in Japan and is an incredible cook! We have two daughters now in college. We love to hike, bike, ski/snowboard, golf, snorkel/dive and camp, and of course travel. We Currently live in the Denver Area.

Why they chose this property

Our property is situated across the blue river, yes you can also fly fish right out your door and - you can hear the tranquil sound of the water from the master suite.

The street is not busy and dead ends. It is surrounded by million dollar homes and about 6 other tri-plex townhomes, mostly are privately owned and there are a few rentals as well.

The Breckenridge local bus route stops about 50 meters from our door. This gives you access to the ski area, ice skating, rec center and all the restaurants and shopping in town.

What makes this property unique

Breckenridge and Summit County Colorado. Not much more to say. Great Winter and Summer activities. The condition and decor of this 3 bdrm townhome is like new and of course well cared for. Please browse the pictures and read below for more information. The location of this home is ideal. Park your car in the heated garage, and take the local shuttle to the slopes and all the great restaurants and attractions in Breckenridge.
