This newly renovated home offers plenty of room for families and groups of friends. With an outdoor entertaining area and a large backyard, you'll have plenty of room for BBQs all year round, children to play with peace of mind and a secure place to leave your beloved fury friend.
Dogs are welcome but must be pre-approved (non shedding only allowed inside)
Offering two TV areas with netflix, three bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and open plan kitchen this home will suit everyone's needs.

PET RULES
All pets must be pre-approved (small NON SHEDDING dogs only inside)
Pets are not allowed on Furniture at any time and all pet traces must be removed prior to vacating
Dogs are not allowed to bark during your stay (if going out its required that you take dogs with you so they don't threat when alone in an unknown environment). This is also a REQUIREMENT from the local council and local legislation
Dogs must be a minimum of 2 years old, No puppies accepted.
No cats, rabbits or birds allowed
All pet traces MUST be removed prior to vacating.

If Any pet traces left at property including pet hair or dog matter you will be charged $55 after departure.


Basic Guest starter kit supplied (approx 2 days worth of toilet paper, kitchen supplies etc)
Please note a damage deposit of $500 is due when booking

Great place, perfect location

Great holiday place for our family and the dog. Short walk to the dog beach, plus supermarket, bottle shop and pharmacy nearby also. House was very clean, very nicely furnished and well equipped - had everything we needed...including two fridges, three TVs and every piece of kitchen equipment you could possibly need. Would recommend and will likely be back again.

You will not be disappointed if you stay at Anchors Away, it is awesome! Very well equipped, very clean, the most comfortable beds, completely secure back garden so could trust that our dogs were safe and happy, they loved playing on the lawn. Everything you could want for a really comfortable getaway, we loved it and we'll be back with our fur kids again 😊

The house was excellent. Very well equiped, it was clean and comfortable in a nice location only minutes from the beach. Bed was very comfortable as were the chairs in the lounge. We also loved the sun room and back garden

Modern, relaxing environment, fantastic safe garden for children and pets. Awesome beds, loved the outdoor shower. Fantastic really well equipped kitchen, everything we needed and more. Lovely feel and comfortable beds

When we arrived to the house on a day of check in, we saw rubbish bins filled up to the lid. Both windows in the living and dining areas haven’t been clean for a while which is a shame as interior of the house is beautiful so this “little” thing was annoying. In the backyard, the BBQ wasn't cleaned from previous users, so we have cleaned it thoroughly before we used it and cleaned it once again thoroughly after we used it. In that particular area, there was ample of dry leaves around together with spider webs hanging from all corners and sliding doors. Considering how the inside of the house was clean and neat, we have been quite surprised to see this mess. In the area at the back (sun room) windows and sliding doors were dirty and the back splash colourbond behind the Webber BBQ was all greasy and full of dead insects. There was no rubbish bags liners under the kitchen sink nor there any cleaner sprays of anything could we use to clean on a daily basis while in the house. There was no outside broom to sweep the paved area but everywhere else around the house was clean. In the small bedroom, there was a 1 Single bed and 1 Trundle bed but it is worthwhile mentioning on the web that it is not suitable for adults, they are short and more suitable for children under 160cm height. In the bathroom, the cold water lever handle has constantly falling off the wall every time someone touched it, fell down to the bath. On the positive note, the house is beautifully decorated and interior is really stylish and lovely. Lawn in the backyard is well maintained and neat. The location of the house is great, only a short stroll to the beach and in a very quiet neighborhood. House is otherwise well equipped with appliances, cutlery, fantastic TV's accessible internet, air/cons and fans.

A Lovely Getaway

Our family had a wonderful stay at this lovely house. It was great with the beach so close, a big backyard for our kids and dog to play and very comfortable and relaxing too! We really enjoyed our stay.

The gift package on arrival was wonderful thank you. The accommodation itself so clean and beautifully furnished and decorated. Loved having good internet and Netflix. Made for a great time away and better than a hotel stay for parking and generally spreading out
