**Ground Floor Only**

This property has everything you could require for your holiday on the South Coast. A separate carpeted lounge area with sea views, a sunroom at the front of the property that has a small amount of toys and books which also has sea views, a bathroom with a shower over a bath, separate toilet, laundry and a second shower. The large rear yard is fully fenced and perfect for children to run around.



* A $500 refundable security BOND is required on all bookings & must be received prior to receiving key collection instructions

* Please report any cleaning issues or maintenance on arrival to avoid any responsibility issues on departure

* Guests are asked to remove all excess rubbish on departure

* Porta Cots & High chairs available for hire through Elders Goolwa

* Quilts with covers and pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own fitted & flat sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels or hire them through Victor Linen on 0419 803 769

* We DO NOT accept Schoolies Bookings or group bookings of under 25's

* We have a NO PARTY / BUCKS / HENS / LARGE GATHERING policy at our holiday homes

* Please respect neighbours & keep the peaceful atmosphere of this residential location

Seaside Getaway

Our family of 6, aged from 19 to 85 have enjoyed staying at this location for over 20 years. The property has undergone a major redevelopment over the last 3 years and it is just a beautiful place to stay. The location is fantastic and the views are just beautiful. Highly recommend and look forward to another visit soon.

Location and views of the coast were magnificent,just a short walk to the city centre of Victor.Accommodation was modern and clean with beautiful yard…only thing but not a deal breaker may to update kitchen utensils.Still five stars !

The house was perfect for our needs, clean bright and comfortable with a beautiful garden and a great location not far from the cbd, ocean views and beach access. We had everything we needed for family meals

Great location and view from the beautiful front windows. The bedroom setup was different from the pictures and descriptions advertised unfortunately. As a 41year old I ended up sleeping on the top bunk of a small childs bunk bed. Also it was surprising that there was no tea or coffee provided. Lovely and clean though.

The location was as good as you could get in Victor Harbor, ocean & island views, 50 metres to the sand, main tourist strip in walking distance and an excellent walking & riding path right outside.Disappointing for us was the misleading bedroom/bathroom arrangement and the need for some basic maintenance.
