The master bedroom is also upstairs, with queen bed, built-in robes and ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet. This is also accessible from the living area. Access to the balcony from the main bedroom.

Downstairs is a 2nd living area with TV, R/C air conditioner, pool table, CD player and 2nd full size fridge. A further 3 bedrooms, featuring 2 queen beds and a family bunk(double+ single on top). All bedrooms have built-in robes. Full size main bathroom with shower, separate bath and toilet. Laundry facilities include washing machine and dryer. Enclosed backyard. Garage for one car plus off street parking.
