Allowed a change in date when plans suddenly changed. Even better was allowing late check out as an Ironman event that we had no idea was happening, locked us on the island until 12:30pm on a Sunday. Would stay again.

Nice house

Very clean and exactly what it states. It does state this in the description, but be aware to use the neighborhood pool costs $100, but another public pool down the road for $5 a person. Other than that, great place.

Cozy Galveston beach house

We stayed at this lovely house for our 4th of July vacation. Our families had a great time!! less than 5 minutes from the beach. All the beds were comfy, kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and all the utensils needed to make dinner, we made burgers on the charcoal grill down stairs. Overall this is a great location to relax and enjoy time with the family.

Perfect for family overflow!

We had more than we. Ours house for the holiday weekend, so we rented this house for overflow. It was perfect for the 2 couples and a one her old. It was around the. It was around the corner from our hose so it was easy aback & forth! Cute, clean & all the basics. When needed, we would do this again.

Amazing property exactly as listed and good communication with host/guest contact. Came across a problem and was quickly resolved. Not a far walk to beach, about 5 minutes or 10 minutes at most. Everything you could think of is provided plus friendly neighbors.

Nice place with all amenities you would need. Good quiet location close to the beach and short walk to the bay. The house was super cozy and very comfortable. The only issue was they have a lot of mosquitoes in the yard and parking area. Even with spraying they will still swarm you. However if you are up on the deck area its not an issue. Overall great place to stay and would probably stay again.

Spent Labor Day weekend and had a great stay. They have plenty of kitchenware so that you are able to cook and grill whatever you like. Everything was nice clean and up to date. Beds were comfortable. The host was very nice and easy to deal with through text. The beach is less than a 2 minute drive from the place. Would definitely stay there again.

The house was clean, updated, and few blocks from the beach. It had lots of room and loved the island in the kitchen. We would definitely rebook!

Perfect location

This property is the definition of perfection. It had everything we wanted and needed. The view from the front door is beautiful, the location of the house is just a quick walk or ride to the beach, the neighbors are all friendly, and the house is spacious. Upon arrival, the house was immaculate. There were plenty of pots, dishes, and towels. If you forget to bring something, don’t worry, this house probably has it. The owners are such nice people! The check in process was very easy, as well. There is no doubt in my mind that we will be back to this property. It’s very family friendly, even having a puzzle, cards, and a few board games for entertainment. WiFi is very fast, and the air conditioner runs cold. If we needed anything during our stay, the owners were more than happy to help. With this property, you won’t be disappointed! Best part (if you have small children), the ice cream truck that comes through the neighborhood! It was a great stay and we look forward to coming back.

Relaxing Mother’s Day Weekend

We had a great stay. The owner was very easy to communicate with. Great location and quiet neighborhood. Beaches aren’t as packed. Very comfortable 3 bedroom. The owner did great with making our arrival and stay very easy and enjoyable. Good people to rent from.

Very clean house

The is one of the cleanest vacation homes I've ever rented. It looks like a brand new house. The decorations were lovely. The owner was pleasant to work with. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. I would rate this house more than 5 stars if I could.

Just what I was looking for

We own a home close to this one and I was looking for an extra home for 4th of July weekend. Some of my family stayed here and had no complaints. Although they spent most of time at our home, this house was a short golf cart ride away. It was very clean and was a good place for them to come home to. I would rent again!

It property was just as pictured. It was clean and things were newer and updated. I do recommend a bigger cooking pot to be available, and a bigger kitchen trash can. But otherwise there were no complaints!

Awesome location for a quiet retreat!

Spent our Spring break this year at the property. The owner provided us with access to the property through an electronic lock by the front door. The property was clean and had a great layout. Our party had 3 adults which made have 3 bedroom a plus. This location would be great for kids due to the not so busy street and welcoming people that live full time in the community. The high speed internet and Comcast cable was a plus on one of our nights that we decided to stay in for the night. The location of a local grocery just down the street proved to be a life saver due to our late arrival. The store provides most items needed for meals but be prepared for the 7 /11 pricing. The beach is just a few blocks away and the owner was kind enough to provide beach towels. The canals in the community have people fishing in them......I need to remember to bring my gear next time. There was a key for the fishing pier for the community but we did not go to that part of the community to use it. All in all, our stay was nice that we will be rebooking on our next trip to Galveston. We would recommend this property to anyone coming to the area. This is a great vacation rental.
