My husband and I really enjoy our much-needed getaway to Hocking Hills! This cabin was clean, the hot tub was clean and very relaxing, and it is so quiet and secluded. Definitely a great place to go for some peace and quiet. There is no internet but you have access to satellite channels and music channels. The board games were fun! The bed was a little hard but some prefer it that way. We would definitely come back!
We had a great time here. The host was incredibly helpful with a minor issue we had, and otherwise the cabin was great. A short drive to a vineyard, Hocking Hills, and Logan. Highly recommend

Never Again
We arrived at the cabin after a 30 minute ride through the woods only to find we were unable to enter through the keylock. With no reception, the host could not be contacted via message until we drove back to civilization. After several messages sent without answer, I had to contact VRBO for his direct number. After several voice mails left, I was able to contact the host until again calling. He explained the top front door interior lock must have been locked by the prior guest and theres a sign to tell them not to. I got another code for the key. Somehow this was supposed to be a valid reason to go out of my way when this makes no sense because whoever cleans up after the last guest should be the one to ensure the top lock is not locked. If that wasnt enough aggrevation, there is no television available at all, although several former guests have pointed this out. A lame collection of dvds were available but even these could not be viewed as the tv screen must be broken and could not be turned on. The couch is hard as a brick and the cabin is too noisy at night to sleep. At one point I turned off the heat and almost unplugged the refrigerator so that I was able to sleep. Altough it is a nice cabin and the hot tub is the only redeeming quality as the firepit couldnt be used, I also couldnt shower after the hot tub or at all or brush my teeth because of the rotten egg smell coming from the water. P.S. Bring your own towels and soap. I don't plan on returning.
We looked around A LOT before booking and honestly, this was exactly what we were looking for! It’s off the road a little way, no neighbors. Also, the hot tub was the perfect addition to our snowy honeymoon! We enjoyed our visit and will be booking again! We enjoyed the games & DVD’s provided, everything worked and was very accommodating! Can’t wait to stay again!

New Year Trip
The cabin was just the right size for us. Everything was fine except for the bathtowels. They really need to be replaced with larger, and nicer towels. Also it would be nice if they had wineglasses available. The setting was beautiful with the snow.
we decided to ditch the hussle and bussle, and spend xmas in the woods, snow would of been nice, oh well.overall, cabin and grounds in good shape and cozy, everything worked, enough kitchen and other necessities' to get by.there was a lot more details we should of been warned, told about, or disclosed, they may be small things but, still felt petti, and should be a no brainer.the biggest thing was, let us know to bring potable water! the water has very high sulfur content, can't drink, we wouldn't, couldn't wash dishes, brush teeth, forget about showering in it. staples like toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bag's were left over partial rolls or non existent.a couple light bulbs at least above stove (microwave) have grill but byo charcoal, have fire pit but byo wood or gather sticks from woodsmattress and couch have seen there days, but that's typical. outside of those little things, and a 6 mile hour round trip drive to get water, garbage bags, and scented candles, we had a good time and enjoyed the stay.chris n sher
This was a great location for our short 1 night trip to Hocking hills. We loved how it is set back from the street and secluded. The cabin is very nice inside and the hot tub is great! Hope to stay again in the future.
The cabin was perfect! We loved how it was back off the road and not surrounded by other cabins! Was very clean and cozy, we will most certainly return in the future!
The owner responded quickly when i reached out, he gave all information i could hope for. The cabin was beautiful and stocked way better then i anticipated even down to DVD selections which was amazing! The hot tub was perfect. the location was isolated which is what i was looking for yet close to the beautiful hiking trails nearby. It was everything i was looking for amd worth every penny!
Wonderful getaway for my husband and I’s 19th anniversary. Very secluded. We hardly heard maybe 10 cars go down the road the entire time (3 days)And even they were at a distance.
Bed was comfy and a queen. I was worried because the pictures looked like a full bed. Plan to come back again.
