Lucky Old Sun has everything you need for the perfect beach stay! Three stories of living space offer room for everyone. An in-home elevator provides convenient access to each level. A reversed floor plan, with the kitchen and main living area on the top floor allows for great ocean views off the deck. The first floor provides additional space with a second living room and wet bar. Outdoor amenities include a tiki bar with mini-fridge, sink, TV and pool. The pool can be heated for an additional $125/day during the off season. Views can be found from every balcony front and back! The location provides easy access to the island shops and pier. The beach is an easy 5-minute walk. Come enjoy the finest Sunset Beach has to offer!

This is a Linen Ready home. Bath towels, kitchen towels and bathmats will be provided at no charge, and the beds will be made with linen upon arrival.

Sunset Beach occasion destination

First, this property is NOT in Sea Trail and offers no amenities of that resort. It DOES have an outdoor inground pool. It IS directly on the Intracoastal Waterway and has a dock. Ample parking. Hosted a family reunion with plenty of space for 10.

We had a good time. The only problem we had was we were unable to sit outside due to extreme amount of mosquitoes. We would have liked to enjoy the pool but were unable to be out on the patio or in the yard.

Nice Property

The overall property was very nice. The main issue we encountered was the water pressure (or lack there of) in the showers. The "grill" was not useable and or clean. This is a nice property and a very nice setting. Even with these couple of issues, we found the property enjoyable.

The grill is actually hooked into the overall propane system. I wish we would have known you had an issue with it, we would have been happy to help both with operation & cleaning. Water pressure is unfortunately not within our control but glad you enjoyed your stay.

A truly wonderful place

Ah It is not often you find a place that is this nice top to bottom. To start the kitchen is fantastic with the best oven/stovetop if you like to cook. The bedrooms are all nice with comfortable mattresses. We have a large family with people coming together at Thanksgiving from Virginia to Florida. This place has the best parking of anywhere. We have several that like to fish and the boat pier was perfect. Some crazy kids even attempted the pool (kind of a tradition of its own). We typically rent oceanfront but decided to give the intercostal a shot and loved it. Watching the fishing boats and porpoises swim by was relaxing. Thanks owners for sharing your wonderful house and adding to our Thanksgiving history.
