Innisfree - Pet Friendly - 2 Mins to Beach

Note: Demolition and construction activities are taking place at address 64, commencing on April 24th (subject to weather conditions).

Where you can float under blue skies in water as crystal clear as a mountain stream. Where your four-legged friend can run for kilometres and the kids can play in the water without care whilst mum and dad relax. And when you return home exhilarated and refreshed there’s a hot outdoor shower to wash the sand from between your toes.

You’ll be staying at a cozy cottage set in a lovely bush setting so close to the beach that you can hear the waves crash as you drift off to sleep at night. Brushed with a classic beach house style maybe you’ll sip a cool drink on the front deck chairs whilst listening to the waves crash in the distance or enjoy a wine on the back deck under the cool shade of the trees. With three bedrooms with bi-fold doors that open onto the front deck, you can even enjoy beautiful sea breezes whilst in the bedrooms.

When you do come inside your only difficulty will be deciding how to relax. Maybe kick back on the couch and enjoy a DVD or book or reconnect the family over a well-contested board game. Whilst the kids and dog play you can be busy uploading your amazing holiday photos using the complimentary unlimited wifi.

On the back deck, the chef of the family can show off their culinary skills on the 4 burner BBQ before the family gathers around to laugh, tell tales and enjoy a memorable feast.

When it’s finally time to hit the hay, you’ll find 3 bedrooms with 3 beds, 3 warm showers, extra pillows, and blankets if you need them and plenty of storage for all your things. Fans for summer and heaters for winter will keep you so comfortable that you won’t want to get up the next day. But you’ll already know from our exclusive guidebook that there are so many things to see and do in the Jervis Bay area – from where to shop and where to dine out to in-the-know local knowledge of the area’s “hidden secrets” that you’ll want to jump out of bed and explore

But before you head out for the day be sure to enjoy a lazy holiday breakfast on the back deck or at the breakfast bar where the Barista of the family can test their Cappuccino making skills on the espresso machine.

- Bedroom 3 is a Tri Bunk (1 x Double below and 1 x Single on top)
- We supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.

What was shown in pictures was no where near to reality the house was smelly . All the outdoor was completely dirty . The seating arrangements and chairs were broken and extremely dirty . The house was a big spiller of my entire holiday . Never ever book anything online and ho with the pictures posted

Great location, great house, all amenities were there. Shirt walk to beautiful Callala Beach!
Definitely a great location and house, perfect stay for family and pets. No gates on sides so we had to enclose with bins, this was the only down fall. All amenities are there. Nice neighbours and friendly cleaner we met on site. Short drive to local shops for necessities, cafe, butcher and evern a spot of shopping. Local shopping centre half an hour away. Great location for paddle boarding. Saw dolphins from the beach and beach is dog friendly so mine had a ball out there everyday. Beach stretches for miles!

We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.

As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.
