About this property

Number Five Beach House

Modern and cute beach house designed to accommodate two families in comfort through a combination of indoor and outdoor living areas. Ideal for two families with two queen sized bedrooms and bunks for four. Small enough to be welcoming for a couple or single family yet large enough to fit two families in comfort.

Not really suitable for more than 4 adults, as bunk beds are more for little people.

Pet friendly with picket fence out front (per pictures).

WI-FI for your internet needs, and air-conditioning for your comfort.

NumberFive has been extensively rebuilt to provide stylish and modern holiday accommodation with your comfort in mind. The key feature of the renovation has been the vast rear veranda - the perfect place to rest during the day or to sit at night and listen to the waves on the beach while having a drink and dinner.

Three minutes walk to the beach, five minutes drive to Callala Bay shops and supermarket. Short walk to Callala RSL, golf, bowls, restaurant, bar and TAB. Cafe and tennis courts all nearby.

Sleeping areas comprise:
> Bedroom 1 - queen bed, wardrobe
> Bedroom 2 - queen bed, wardrobe
> Bedroom 3 - two sets of bunks, chest of drawers

Other rooms:
> Lounge - TV, five seater sofa, polished floors
> Dining - sits eight indoors or eight outdoors
> Kitchen - new kitchen, with microwave, electric oven and hob, dishwasher and family sized fridge. Glasses and crockery for eight
> Bathroom - newly renovated bathroom/laundry with large washing machine

> Massive new rear veranda with large dining area, BBQ and huge ten-seater outdoor lounge setting. Washing line on side wall

The yard:
> Pet friendly with picket fence out front

Other features:
> Environmentally friendly - solar heat pumped hot water and grey rainwater water system in laundry/toilet

Please note, there is one exterior security camera installed outside the house, facing the driveway. If you have any concerns relating to this please raise it with us.

'NumberFive' has a strict 'no smoking' policy that applies to the inside of the house. Guests are permitted to smoke on the rear deck and in the garden but we make the reasonable request that smokers do clean up after themselves. Please respect these conditions - it's our home you're staying in after all.....
