Royal Palms Penthouse 1407 is located at 561 East Beach Boulevard in beautiful Gulf Shores, Alabama.

This incredible corner penthouse unit is sure to sweep you off your feet! With a huge wrap around balcony and wide spanning views this one bedroom, two bathroom has everything you need to make your next beach vacation a smash hit. There is a king size bed in the master suite, hallway bunk bed (for children only please!) and a sleeper sofa in the living room making this unit able to accommodate up to 6 people comfortably. There is a washer and dryer in unit for your convenience. With a fully equipped kitchen, eating meals in is a breeze! This unit has 2 flat screen TVs, a DVD player and WiFi to keep you connected and entertained throughout your stay.

Royal Palms is a beautiful property with lots of excellent amenities. With it’s gulf front location, you will have easy access to the white sandy beaches of Gulf Shores every day! There are both an indoor and an outdoor pool, exercise room, steam room and sauna. This property is located near the 1540 ft. Gulf State Park Fishing Pier and very close proximity to all of the best dining, shopping and recreation that the island has to offer. There are BBQ grills on site for cooking out with the family. The building has 2 elevators for ease of access throughout the building.
