We were very disappointed with our accommodation, as upon arrival we could see that it had not been cleaned properly, and that no maintenance had been carried out in a very long time. Everything was grubby, the mat in the living room was dirty, and there were long dark hairs all throughout the ensuite bathroom and shower. The taps in the ensuite were chipped and rusting, and the sink had mould in the plughole. In the kitchen, the oven was dirty and held greasy oven trays had needed washing, the toaster was disgusting, as was the microwave - the internal frame of which had begun perishing because of rust. The garage shown in the listing is for Unit 1. Unfortunately the garage for Unit 3 is hard against the building and is completely inaccessible by any average size car, as there is nowhere to manoeuvre and turn. The location was good, however I would not recommend this apartment unless it is cleaned properly, updated and maintained.

Cleanliness and furniture could be improved.
Excellent location near the beach, park and restaurants, however the washing machine did not work (the agent was aware of this and offered a laundry service as compensation), one queen bed was old and sagging and the couch was broken and uncomfortable to sit on. We found cockroaches in the dishwasher and the fridge had a strong smell of fish which tainted food. The plants in the balcony garden were all dead. Only one key was provided for the property. Our 4WD did not fit in the garage. Very disappointing as we have stayed in other units in this complex which were much cleaner and with better furniture.

uncomfortable
This property is in need of renovations and a thorough clean. I had to clean the doors and outside table, bench tops and switches, which in pandemic times should have been thoroughly sanitised, especially after the school holidays. Bathrooms both in need of updating and the unhygienic, very small spa bath removed. There was hair in the bath.
Ensuite exhaust fan doesn't work, taps need replacing and lighting added to the discomfort of the unit.
Great position, great view, handy for all restaurants etc and the beach!!
Didn't like the stairs - we are both in our 70's and they were a bit of a prblem.
