Six (6) Beach Badges are provided as a convenience, by the homeowner, for tenant use. However, they are not guaranteed, and tenant(s) will be responsible for the cost of lost or missing badges.

No smoking, and no pets permitted.

CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: Please note, all guests must agree/complete a Rental Agreement within 48hrs of reservation being made. Final confirmation of the booking is made upon completing the rental agreement and final owner approval. Unless otherwise stated rentals are one week minimum and typically Saturday to Saturday. NO PETS, NO PROMS. NO WEDDINGS.
