Great house

We are really pleased with this house. It is well stocked with thoughtful and generous amenities. House is well maintained and very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed both decks and location is perfect for walking to local restaurants, activities beach and shops. One of the nicest houses I rented in LBI.

Clean, well stocked home

Central air rocked. Having 2 bathrooms was great, too. Other than the displayed calendars and community events being very outdated, it was a cozy home. Closets had useful organizers, but 3 ironing boards was a bit excessive.

Deck house.

The house itself was clean and suitable. The upper deck for the 4th of July fireworks was awesome. The exterior was a major disappointment: Unsightly. No outdoor seating. The grill and deck area were too windy to enjoy. Clothes' line but no clothes pins, outdoor shower but no hose for sand removal, we actually bought a hose. The steps leading to the upper deck were in disrepair, as are the steps leading to the upper deck. It appears the upper deck step was repaired with some type of tape, slippery and unsafe. Will not rent this house in the future, thought it was overpriced for what it offered. There are safety issues with respect to the stairs leading to the upper deck and the taping of the upper deck entry.
