Located a stones throw from the beautiful golden sands of Quindalup beach, this two storey property has lovely ocean views and is only a kilometer from the Dunsborough town centre.

Walk in to this property and immediately be struck be the light and natural feel offered by the large windows, solid timber flooring and bright walls adorned with beautiful artwork. Walking straight into the living area, you will find two comfortable leather lounges where you can sit to watch the latest DVD on the large screen television.

Next to the living area is the well equipped kitchen, complete with gas cooktop, electric oven and Nespresso coffee machine, with the dining area located near the large windows and boasting great views over the sparkling waters of Geographe Bay. Also downstairs you will find the laundry, and the family bathroom which houses both a shower and a bath. This bathroom services the three bathrooms downstairs, with the queen bed in one, two singles in another and two bunks in the fourth bedroom.

The master bedroom is located upstairs and is appointed with a queen bed, large walk-in robe and good sized en-suite. The large patio doors to the master bedroom lead out to the first floor balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee whilst taking in the stunning views across the bay. There is an additional sitting room upstairs also.

The main living area is serviced by reverse cycle air conditioning, which does a great job of cooling the property, and in addition to this three of the four bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Linen is optional at this property & can be ordered by contacting our bookings team at any time by phone, email, in-App messaging, or on our website during the checkout phase of booking. The linen pack includes the bed made with top & bottom sheets, pillows cases, bathroom towel(s), bathmat, hand and face towel(s). This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
