Fantastic Beach House on Quindalup Strip

**INCLUDES LINEN AND BATH TOWEL HIRE, AND STANDARD DEPARTURE CLEANING**

**This property is self-catering, however an initial supply of coffee pods, hand wash, toilet paper, and basic cleaning products is provided.**

Coastal Cottage perfectly sums up this comfy and casual Quindalup beach house located on Geographe Bay Road with just a small strip of Reserve separating you from the shimmering white sands and aquamarine waters.

The downstairs area of the home includes a central living area with TV; bathroom with shower and separate w/c; and laundry with washing machine.

2 Guest bedrooms are also located downstairs, one with a double bed and another with bunk bed (double bed on bottom, single on top).

The upstairs main living area provided a fully equipped kitchen that includes a fridge, oven, hotplate and DeLonghi coffee machine with 8 seater dining table and reverse cycling air-conditioning providing easy and efficient climate control.

Living area with TV and balcony access that provides an outdoor dining setting and Gas BBQ.

Master bedroom with king bed, wardrobe, TV, a/c and balcony access.

Main bathroom upstairs features walk in shower and w/c.

The property has a wide unobstructed driveway and access to the rear yard to park / store boats or trailers or other beach toys during your stay.

Only 5.5km from the Dunsborough town centre; the perfect bike riding distance for your morning coffee, the property is ideally positioned to explore Dunsborough and its dynamic shopping precinct and cafe strip; the Old Dunsborough swimming beaches and the beautiful foreshore recreation areas. Or roam further to the renowned wineries, restaurants and galleries; or wild and dramatic coastlines around the Cape.

Coastal Cottage is also a great location for those who appreciate the long stretch of sandy beach and expanse of water perfect for jetskiing, boating, crabbing and fishing as the main boat ramp is located just metres away.

Looking tired

Arrived at 6pm no visible house numbers no light near lock box- place musty. Over furnished main bedroom wouldn’t want to be a plus size person in that room. Location was good. Just needs some TLC

Property is extremely tired and in need of update. The location is lovely but we were so disappointed. Advised management company on day of arrival . Ripped outdoor furniture . Fridge not working . Vacuum cleaner broken . Dirty downstairs bathroom.Shower curtains don't fit showers. No locks on bathroom door. We lost $70 worth of food due to spoilage in broken fridge and ended up with a replacement fridge in the downstairs lounge !with no compensation for lost food . The management company did not even respond to my request for compensation. No mid term clean ( standard in most other stays over 7 days)Outdoor furniture not replaced during an 11 day stay .No hanging space in second "Double " bedroom . Never coming back here .

Reviewer Comments: The house is opposite the beach with access through a small path in shrubs directly in front.We had 3 teenagers and the house flowed well as their retreat was downstairs with their own toilet and shower in laundry. Upstairs my partner and I lived on the balcony enjoying the piece and serenity. Not much traffic as no through road.It was a very hot week and the aircon worked very well.

Home Away from Home for Family of Six

The property provided a cosy warm welcoming as soon as you drive down the driveway. Nestled down Geograph Bay road only a stone throw away from the lovely beach it's location is the envy of all that will visit, the peaceful surroundings offer tranquillity everyone is wishing to have on their holiday the perfect home away from home. Our 4 young daughters ranging in age from 8 to 13 enjoyed every moment of their long awaited getaway. The kids rooms downstairs was perfect room layout, meaning once the kids were in bed what could only be described as a parents retreat upstairs made our kid free time feel comfortable, the home catered for all family arrangements. No thought was spared when thinking how the lessor could make the home feel like our own. Our holiday was rated by us to be a 10 out of 10 this was achieved solely by the luxury holiday property we stayed in at Quindalup. Thank you, we definitely can't wait for our next trip down south.

Great Escape

Coastal Cottage was a great getaway and just across the road from the beach and 5 min drive to Dunsborough! We all enjoyed the house, lots of room and separate area for the boys to watch TV.
