About this property
Quindalup 4 x 2 house on Geo Bay Rd Duns. 1 min to beach. Mooring Wifi NO PETS
House is on Geographe Bay Rd, a sought after location as this road runs the closest to and alongside the Bay. It’s only a convenient 30m walk to the stunning calm waters of Quindalup Beach. This 4x2, single level renovated beach house is situated in a prime holiday location in Dunsborough. The house is set back from the road, providing privacy, and is shaded by peppermint trees and surrounded by large expanses of green lawn. A stay here provides peace. comfort, privacy, relaxation and great memories for couples or families.
Enjoy the convenience of easy access to great swimming, fishing, crabbing and boating of Geographe Bay via a 2 minute walk track to the beach, (diagonally opposite the house.) A private boat mooring is provided for a charge of $50 per day or $250 for the week. Only for the use of guests --on request to host, the location and identifying details will be given. There is ample room to park boats on the front lawn of the property. The public boat ramp is a couple of minutes drive further down the road.
At the fishermen's boat ramp you could join tours such as whale-watching and jet-boat riding or if exploring the depths of an underwater paradise is more your style then go diving on the wreck of the HMAS Swan. On your return enjoy a welcome hot outdoor shower before you head off to your next activity.
The cycleway/walkway can be joined from the front of the house. Stroll, power walk or cycle along the shaded walking trail through the sand dunes or to Old Dunsborough.
The property extends down to Toby's Inlet, at the end of the backyard. Great for kayaking, canoeing and watching birdlife. Keep a look out for a pelican floating by, or a family of ducks waddling up the bank. We have fruit trees on the banks of the Inlet : fig, mulberry, locut. The table tennis equipment is stored in the laundry. The table can be wheeled to the carport and erected there.
Dunsborough shops are a 3 minute drive or a twenty minute walk away.
