Right across the street, you can relish porpoise watching and exploring the stunning new Innerarity Point Park. Its natural landscape was creatively designed to delight both kids and adults with wonderful water and entertaining land features. The park scenically overlooks the beautiful Intracoastal Waterway and the pier and floating docks will allow you to easily swim, paddle-board or kayak from there. Great location and great host. This is our second stay and it was just as great as the first time. There large fenced in backyard was great for our dogs. The home was very clean, bed and sofas were comfortable for the cloudy days.
Thank you very much for allowing us to stay at your lovely home. We definitely felt the love, a lot of thought and detail went into curating the decor, furniture and additional amenities. It was spectacular, really felt like a home away from home, the value provided was exceptional!
I loved every minute that we were there, the property was beautiful and well cared for. The owner is a sweetheart and was oh so helpful from the beginning. Everything about our stay was marvelous, I highly recommend and will hopefully be returning again in the future.
The owner met us to check in and showed us around. We had plenty of room for us to spread out. There were 7 adults and one little dog. The park across the street was so pretry and nice and the location was close and convenient to everything!! Thank you, Gina, for the wonderful time and hospitality!

This place was just in the right spot! Not a high traffic areas and not super far from beaches and ball fields in our case! Gina was super kind and answered any questions I had!
This was a great place to stay for 3 adults, a teenager, and a 6 year old. The park a block away was a nice walk and the kids loved it.
The back yard was fenced and perfect for a small dog; I checked the fence pretty good before we let him out to make sure there were no holes he could escape from.
The house(trailer) was very clean, beds were comfortable, and AC worked well (believe me - we needed it). The owner has done a great job of furnishing just about everything you might need/want.
The only thing I can complain about is that our stay wasn't long enough. :)
Nice little community. Park across the road. Store and food in close proximity. Home is 1900 square feet so plenty of space. Yard is fenced for dogs and if you bring a boat trailer you can feel secure. Plenty of kitchen appliances, cookware, dishes. Nice new linens. TV’s in living room and all bedrooms.
Awesome location…beautiful park across the street. Water views at each end of the street
Home had everything we needed
Gina, the owner, is great to work with
Thanks for sharing The Pink Pearl!
We would definitely stay here again
This was a great fit for our family. It hit all of our needs and Gina made things simple and easy for the arrival and stay. We chose this area for its perfect location between Pensacola - Santa Rosa Island (45 min. drive), Perdido Key - Johnson Beach (5 min. drive), Orange Beach Al. (20 min. drive), and the Blue Angels and museum (15 min. drive). All areas with like to visit when in town.
The house was nice and the property owner was courteous. The only complaint would be the yard had a lot of biting insects (ants and mosquitos). The house had plenty towels, sheets, kitchen utensils/cutlery/plates etc. The owner brought an additional fan for our comfort. She asked what needed changed or fixed after we left. She really cares about the comfort of her guests!
We booked this house for a Girl’s getaway with moms and daughters. It matched the description and was we needed for the price and space. Everything has been updated and the decor is fabulous. Gina was wonderful and made sure that we had everything we needed for the week. She was easy to get a hold of if something went wrong or if you had a question. You are a short distance drive to Perdido Key public beaches or the National Seashore. Our girls loved playing in the water there and it was much less crowded that Destin. We truly enjoyed our experience and if we ever make it out that way again, we will be sure to book this place.!
From the time we checked in to check out we enjoyed our stay. Gina was a great at communicating with us and gave us some suggestions for places to try. The home definitely met all our needs and the girls enjoyed the large bunk bed. It's really close to the beach and Big Lagoon State Park, we loved the location because it wasn't a lot of congestion on the roads like there is in Pensacola. This is a perfect spot for a getaway from it all. Thank you Gina for all warm welcome and personal touches.
Life has been hectic lately and the Pink Pearl was the perfect, quiet getaway. Gina was so very sweet and an awesome hostess! We absolutely enjoyed our time here and will stay again if we come back to Pensacola!

Why they chose this property
This slice of Old Florida living with the natural environment thriving is wonderful to experience. Everything is convenient to "Papa's Pink Pearl of The Point" with Perdido Key Beach a hop across Baars Bridge, free public boat launch 1 block down street and 2 great restaurant/bars with live entertainment just steps away. The ancient Water Oaks are magnificent and the Innerarity Point Marine Park and Pier that will be finished right across the street (hopefully soon, fingers crossed) will be fabulous, with kayak and paddle craft launch areas, tree house bay viewing and several large and small picnic pavilions with showers.
What makes this property unique
