About this property

Located in a prime position just meters away from the main shopping/restaurant strip and Cowes front beach, is this modern townhouse which offers everything you need for a great family holiday.

The open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with smart tv is spacious and inviting and leads out to the decking area where you can enjoy a bbq in the sunshine. Also on this level is the main bedroom with queen bed and tv, bathroom with toilet included and a European laundry with a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.

Upstairs you will find a second living space with tv, as well as the 2nd bedroom with queen bed and the 3rd with 2 sets of bunks making it perfect for the kids.

Split system heating and cooling in both living areas will keep you comfortable year round and the double lock up garage is available for guest use.

We absolutely loved the split living bedroom areas…meaning both couples had own privacy for sleeping and bathing/ toilet…everything needed was there…so very convenient to shops restaurants beach..only downfall was I was under impression we had beach view…

Weekend away

We always enjoy our stays when we visit Phillip Island; however this property was amazing. The location was perfect; the beach and shops within walking distance was convenient. The cleanliness of the place was fantastic. Thank you. We will definitely book again for our next trip.
