Inside, the property has been refreshed and is sunny and warm, with comfortable sofas, a flat screen tv and dvd player and Foxtel. A split system provides heating and cooling and a cosy wood heater is perfect for chilly nights. There is seating for six around the dining table and the kitchen is equipped with all modern facilities.
Consisting of 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and the 3rd with a double bed, the property comfortably sleeps 6. The lovely family bathroom has a claw bath and there is a well appointed 2nd bathroom, accommodating to everyone.
Off the dining area, through glass doors, is the undercover bbq area with seating for 6, egg chairs to chill in and overhead heating for the cooler nights - a perfect spot for BBQ's and relaxing.
The yard is fully fenced and secure for the kids to run wild. The carport and driveway provide plenty of off street parking with enough room for your boat.

Nice and cosy with plenty of heating for our wintery visit. Fire place with fire wood supplied was a nice touch. Lots of space and plenty of bathrooms / toilets. Very close to shops and cafes.
This property was fantastic, home away from home. Heaps of space, great covered outdoor area. It had everything and more you could need. The kitchen was fully equipped. It had a wonderful homely feel. The WiFi kept our teenagers happy when we were at the house.
We enjoyed staying here. Property was clean, well located and well equipped. Only complaint was that l emailed to determine if their was Wi-Fi and was told no. We spent $100 on a dongle and data only to find there was Wi-Fi
Beautiful house! Good location to everything. Spacious backyard and a fully decked out kitchen! Perfect for the family stay. Wifi would have been the amazing.
House was very comfortable and had everything we needed was a short walk into town about 15 mins which was convenient. We had a great stay and would stay again
What a wonderful little gem we have found here in Cowes. The lion claw bath was straight out of a romantic movie... pure bliss. The beach house itself is styled thoughtfully, is quaint with it’s restful beach theme and just the ticket for us tired Mummas to rest and unwind away from the responsibilities of family life. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you ever so much!

Beautiful home!
We loved staying at the house! Our children had a ball in the back yard! It is beautiful inside and out :D
We would definitely love to stay again and it will be our first preference whenever we go to the island :)
