*This delightful unit has been recently refurbished and is situated in a unique holiday complex which is ideally suited to couples and families
Located in central Cowes and in a perfect position for guests wanting to leave the car and
take a short stroll to the sunny,north facing beach.
An easy walk takes you to the main street to shop,have a coffee or a meal at one of the many restaurants.
The unit has been redecorated and features a new modern, fully equipped Kitchen & R/C air conditioning to ensure you are always comfortable, even in winter.
A newly completed large covered Deck & Pergola area has also been added to the Unit, which provides a fabulous outdoor space to relax.
The main bedroom has a Q/S bed,The second bedroom has 2 single beds.
A cot & highchair is available on request.
There is also a Bathroom,separateToilet & Laundry.
Car space is provided beside the unit and a private courtyard with c/line at the rear.
A small patio setting on front veranda is also provided for your relaxation.
A solar heated pool, childrens playground and lawn area with an outdoor BBQ is available for all guests.
** All Linen, Doonas and Blankets are provided and included in the tariff.
** Bath Towels and Tea Towels are also provided for your convenience.

The complex is ideally suited to families & couples because it has a quiet atmosphere & the facilities incorporate a playground for children.
Accordingly we are unable to accommodate Schoolies.

Lovely comfortable unit.

Loved our stay .Quiet area close to shops ect. I have arthritis in my back so the beds were a bit hard for me .The unit otherwise was very comfortable & compact.Our host Karen was very thoughtful & made us feel very welcome.

Perfect Holiday Getaway

The unit was well equipped, spotlessly clean and in a great location, walking distance to everything in Cowes. The bed was really comfortable and the host, Karen was lovely to deal with and very accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay again.

Sweet home at great location

It was a surprise to see how nice the house is presented with decorations. There are books and games to keep kids busy. We enjoyed having meal at outdoor undercover area. It is sweet and clean with everything we need for holiday.

Faultless

We had a fabulous stay here with our 2 kids who are 5 & 6. They loved the games and toys but mostly the gorgeous pool! Everything in the unit was as new and immaculately clean. We appreciated the extra bits and pieces that you don't always get like shampoo & conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, paper towel and lots of other things you need on holidays! It was so quiet and peaceful and perfect for small children, there's a great skate park across the road and walking distance to everything you need in Cowes. We will definitely be back! Thank you.

A lovely little retreat

Perfect a family with young kids

The property had everything you could need, like mosquito repellent, tea, coffee games and books, though no smart TV. It looked like the property had undergone a recent renovation, with the outback deck being a winner when it rains. The house is in a fantastic location for the shops, skate park, and there is a short cut to the beach too. Could not fault, but be aware the pool isn’t heated, though it didn’t stop the kids

This little unit has everything you need for a family get away. Beautifully renovated. I can imagine the pool and playground would be well used by kids.Easy walk to shops and foreshore.

Just perfect in every way. The location to beach and central Cowes was ideal. The place is beautifully decorated and everything we needed was available. The inground pool was extremely handy and a great resource for all to enjoy when the weather wasn't great for the beach. We will definitely consider visiting again.

Very clean and well kept unit, everything you will need for a comfortable stay is available, pool and bbq area is great, good location for access to beach and main cowes area.
