Great place

A great home in a great location. Note for pet owners that the yard isn't enclosed like it seems online, but there is a garage that is enclosed for pets to sleep. A gate across the entry way would make this perfect so the dog could run around outside, but other than that a nice stay.

Fantastic

Absolutely the gem in WA for ocean swim and dogs walking. Sunset is just amazing and if you need some other interesting things to do, free tennis and mini golf are few minutes away. The only concern is that you need bring your own shower tower and linen which are not shown in the internet and normally most holiday supplie.

Great stay Very stormy and very very wet, locked in side the house most of the time but we made the most of it 😁 But the only fault was we couldn’t lock dogs into yard, no gates so it was a bit stressful trying to keep the two dogs in check

Guilderton WA stay

Guilderton is a convenient location as it is only a short trip from Perth yet feels a long way away. The only disappointment with the property was that it was not fully fenced for the dog and we had to erect a temporary barricade to stop her going out the front of the property. The beach and fishing are big draw cards and the property is located close to these. If you go down to the River mouth where the caravan park is the cafe no longer operates, parking is $2 per hour and you cannot have your dog on a lead down there! The service station serves great fish and chips but I don't ever recall having to pay for air in the tyres! These sort of things do nothing to attract more visitors to the area. Aside from that it is a great place to visit if you can look past these things.

Lovely stay

The property was neat and tidy and perfect position for our needs, easy walking distance to dog beach, service station and foreshore. Also sunsets on the verandah. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Marion was great re contact regarding us taking a little fencing to secure the yard for the dogs, who enjoyed their stay too.

Fantastic location!!! As it says you can park the car and walk everywhere. Lovely watching the sunset each night. Marion was very helpful & helpful. Definitely on our return list.

Absolutely perfect getaway

Absolutely amazing and will be back. Lovely property, outside shower, games room in garage, comfortable beds, lovely outside area, fully equipped kitchen, very peaceful and just what myself and my friends needs for a rejuvenating weekend away. Marion checked in with us when we arrived just to make sure everything was ok. That was so reassuring to know that we could contact her if we had any problems. Perfect getaway.

Lovely location and great house

House is very comfortable and located a minute from the beach. We loved the fire at night and was great to be able to have pups there with us. Will be back.
