With its fresh and airy Coastal vibe throughout this home offers everything and more for that next family / friends getaway. Relax on the front patio as you watch and listen to the sounds of the ocean. The pristine Moore River is only a 1km walk, ideal for swimming, kayaking and fishing. This property has been fully renovated.
The 4-bedroom home accommodates up to 8 people and would suit two families wanting to get away together.

Take a towel and have a dip in the Moore River or the Indian Ocean.
Practice kayaking canoeing, splashing and playing in the water, windsurfing, boating, photography, bird watching, climbing, collecting sea shells, building sand castles, treasure hunts, beach volleyball, or simply comb the beach for free craft supplies.
Pack a hamper and spend the day or a balmy evening with good company at the gas fired free barbecues under the trees and enjoy the river mouth view. Mother nature is often in action and occasionally the mouth of the river sandbar opens to the sea.
Swing the clubs on one of the most picturesque 9 hole golf courses in WA. For family fun day out enjoy a game of mini golf.
Paddle, kayak or canoe up the Moore River
Test your sand board skills at the sand hills.

Great - low key, cool, comfortable - perfect beach house. Had absolutely everything we needed. Just across from beach path , lawns & spots to hang towels & wash feet. Lots of couches & benches & table in shade outside. Good space & aircon in main room, & quiet ceiling fans in bedrooms. Really well cleaned & maintained.

The front grassed area is amazing and great for kids to play. And you have a view of the ocean straight from the front lawn and lounge. The house was immaculate when we arrived and the team at Country Values Holiday Homes were great to deal with. We will definitely be back.

Dangerous windows - proceed with caution

We stayed at this property over Easter and found it to be clean, accurately described, and in a fantastic location just a short walk to the beach. Unfortunately, we experienced a serious safety issue during our stay. While leaning lightly against a window in the lounge room, my husband, who was holding our 5-month-old daughter, accidentally broke the glass. Thankfully, neither of them was injured, but the incident could have ended very differently.The property manager was responsive and arranged for a glazier promptly. However, the glazier confirmed that the glass was not up to current safety standards and was considered dangerous, especially given how easily it shattered. Disappointingly, the homeowner has refused to take any responsibility or address the issue.The broken window was floor to knee height, exactly at toddler level, and I shudder to think what could happen if a child fell into it. I urge the owner to replace the non-compliant glass as a matter of urgency.Until the windows are updated to meet safety regulations, I would caution families, especially those with young children, against staying at this property.

Lovely stay

Absolutley Great location, we loved out stay and wish It were longer. Our only complaints were the ants are relentless, especially in the kitchen and the shower located inside,the hot water didn't seem to work, outside shower was fine. We would happily return again though :)
